Great service from the team and long time customer.
It was time for me to upgrade my phone so I popped into my local store and met one of the team who directed me to Sam. He proceeded to help me move to an iPhone 16 and also choose a plan that suited my needs. In addition I was able to secure a great deal on broadband which was unexpected and was offset to a date that benefited me. Finally I also obtained a SIM only arrangement on my old iPhone which came with great benefits too.
Sam provided an excellent service and was professional and courteous throughout. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made the entire process very easy.
He is a credit to Vodafone and I hope that this review will be passed on to him and be acknowledged appropriately.
It was a pleasure to meet him and to upgrade my phone.
I have been with Vodafone for many years and have always found all the staff to be excellent but this is the first time I have had the opportunity to leave a review.
It is a very friendly store and you are made welcome on entering.
