Aaron at the Sevenoaks store helped me today. I went for an upgrade based on some emails Vodafone had sent. Rather than go straight into upgrade mode Aaron asked me some questions and the end result left me quids in and very happy. This service has ensured I will be a renewing my contract with V next year
