The staff in store were very helpful when I went to collect my online upgrade device.
Unfortunately although I ordered a 256 GB device, and this is what it says on the box, the confirmation message that I received after getting home said that I had collected a 128 GB device. I spent 30 minutes navigating the chat system to discover that I can't know until I set up the device what the capacity is.
Not 100% impressed.

I was attracted to join Vodafone broadband by through 3rd party promotion link (which can provide extra reward/gift card)
The link successfully brought me to the Vodafone application page and I have spent 15mins to fill in all the necessary information required.
However, when I reached the final step
to submit my application, it always showed that some personal information seems not right (and ended my application without telling which data is not correct by Vodafone’s webpage) , I am sure I have input all the required information and tried several times. It is still not working and wasted my time. I called Vodafone hotlines and they said they don’t know the reason and cannot help. Many customers had the same experience!

I tried to use several 3rd party promotion links. They work in our services but not Vodafone services. It seems that it is Vodafone’s problem.

Is it just a tricky promotion from Vodafone and actually no one can get the reward ?

I think Vodafone really needs to resolve the problem as a responsible company.

Both Boldi and Beth were very helpful with fixing my deactivated SIM card and were very helpful to recommend me a suitable 12 month contract.

I came to the Milton Keynes store last Sunday 17th August after losing my phone and bank card. I was rushing about trying to get a replacement sim before I met family and I was quite stressed and my asthma had flared up. I don’t know the lovely lady’s name but she promptly recognised I had asthma after I told her chest was tight and she found me a spare inhaler. She calmed me down and was really patient whilst I caught my breath. She sorted a replacement sim for me and explained what to do if I found my phone-which I did! She was very understanding and patient and reassuring. Felt much calmer then when I first entered the shop thanks to this lovely lady! Thankyou again

Kai has been wonderful at the Milton Keynes store. He’s set up my MiFi device with such professionalism and dedication. Great staff member.

I was not very understanding of store policy and the team were very patient and kind when I got upset. I would like to thank the lovely lady with the blonde hair steak who checked on me and gave me tissues and the kind manager who helped me today. Really appreciate their kindness and professionalism and calm manner.

I went with my parents to Vodaphone in CMK to help them get a better phone deal as they were out of contact.

The customer service was outstanding, we were assistant Avril who was very patient & explained everything regarding contracts
and got both my parents a great deal.

I have been with Vodafone over a year , as my son recommended them as they prices were cheaper for broadband only .
I am a retired person , so I watch my pennies now .
I have sold my home to move into a smaller property .
The buyers of my old home before we legally completed jumped the gun and registered with their new internet provider of my old property. Unknown to me I was then disconnected by Vodafone . The reason being you can not have 2 providers at the same address…
When I contacted Vodafone to inform them I wish to still continue with them and confirmed my new address, I was told that they took £91 out my account as I never gave them notice .
I am saddened by this , and requested a refund, they have continuously ignored me , even though I was told I would be refunded , and told them to check their phone conversation as it’s all been recorded. They still ignore me . Absolutely heartbreaking service.

Alex was incredibly helpful, took time to explain all the options available and made the process very easy for me to upgrade my phone. Great experience.

Vodafone is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The internet service is absolutely terrible — always slow, disconnecting, and completely unreliable. Because of this poor service, I’ve lost a lot of time, money, and even customers. I’m running a business here in the UK, and this kind of service is simply unacceptable. Vodafone should be ashamed of how bad their network is. I regret ever choosing them
