More help that I could have imagined
Mirza was more helpful than I could have imagined. I was a little disappointed following a phone call with Vodaphone customer relations, but knew if I went to see Mirza in my local shop in Loughton he would fix everything. And he did. With a smile and a joke, he was helpful and friendly. With this experience I imagine i will visit again and sign up to more of what Vodaphone can offer.
