Miss sold and then couldn’t cancel
I went into the vodaphone shop I. Putney asked for a data only sim for a month. Instead of just doing as I requested, the accounts person set me up on a rolling month by month contract. They made me set up a direct debit as proof of purchase, which I passed but did not work, so two months later I received rude and threatening letter demanding two months payment. I paid and called to cancel the account. As it was data only and set up in shop I couldn’t get through security despite multiple calls to the help line as I didn’t have information to get through security. I had to go back to the original shop get them to call and get me through and then vodaphone demanded more money to cancel. Worst experience I have ever had with a phone company and would never use them again under any circumstances.

Just moved to the UK from USA, and Rajen was THE MAN! Got me set up with an e-sim so I could use both my old US# plus a new UK#, with an excellent international plan at a reasonable cost. No pushy upselling either!
The other employee Aida was also helpful, cheerful, and a generally a joy to be around. Would give 100⭐️ if I could!
