Great face to face experience
Ben was really patient and helpful in trying to get our monthly costs down, not only on one phone but also our broadband package, saving us money each month. He also upgraded another phone’s SIM at the same time. I normally upgrade online and never been very happy, but would go in to a shop personally in future.

I visited Rob at Vodafone Tavern Street Ipswich, where he dealt with my questions and help me choose the plan that was correct for me. I went to the Vodafone store because I wanted to talk to someone face to face about my options.
I went to the shop on Tavern Street, Ipswich. Rob listened carefully to what I needed & advised me accordingly. He explained everything very clearly & overcame my anxiety about purchasing a new phone! He is very knowledgeable & friendly.
