Called at the Vodaphone shop in Harrogate to discuss upgrading and Matt explained items we failed to understand online. He also gave us a good offer and support. We are looking forward to the new phone in 2 days and him helping us to transfer all the apps over.

Alex at the Harrogate branch was nothing but helpful. He went through the upgrade process step by step and answered all my questions thoroughly so I understood. Matt the Superstar
Matt was really helpful! Gave us plenty of options and gave us an amazing deal for both of our phones which we weren't expecting. He was also a great colleague to chat to. Made us feel so welcome, gave us professional knowledge and we had a great laugh with him. Alex was amazing from start to finish
Alex was amazing from start to finish. Found us the best deal possible whilst also being transparent and accommodating to what we needed. What made it even more of an accomplishment was it was his first ever sale. He also made sure our kids had plenty to do and colour in while us as parents got everything completed. Phone Upgrade - Tom was great!
Tom was brilliant! Top class customer service! I went in looking for a phone upgrade and to get all of my family under one plan and Tom made the entire process so easy. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and so quick. He was able to answer all questions I had, knew a lot of detail about each of the phones I was looking at and very very personable.
