Massive credit to Fiz at Vodafone
Massive credit to Fiz, at the Barnsley branch of Vodafonenin the Alhambra shopping center.
I purchased a new upgrade at curry's earlier that day and lost my sim card in the process of transferring nit between phones. Who knows where iris but I'm sure it will randomly turnup... Anyway, Curry's mentioned if I pop to Vodafone with my bank card for an ID check they can issue me a new one there and then. We encountered a few problems at Vodafone initially which wouldn't allow me to get a new sim due to just upgrading and the system being stuck in a loop. Enter Fiz... With a quick check from the big boss so to speak, he found an old style analog way of getting around the system and voila, I am now writing this review for you all to read thanks to his speedy work and allowing me to have my phone ready for tomorrow's work day! Absolute life saver. Thanks again buddy!

4 weeks ago I went into the shop in…
4 weeks ago I went into the shop in Barnsley, was served by Isobel, she said all the right things, traded in a iPhone 14 for a iPhone 16, she told me I would get £166 trade in plus £100 extra, this would pay off my iPhone 14, 4 weeks later this hasn’t happened, after probably 24 hrs talking to customer service and they gave me the store number for Barnsley, rang them 49 times with no answer now I have no option but to go to the store, I’m nearly 70 am disabled but Vodafone don’t care, I refuse to pay for a phone that I no longer have but no one wants to sort it out, so I will go to the shop on Sunday and will not move until this is sorted, if I could rate the customer service it would probably be a minus

Thanks Zak!
Zak helped me this morning after a rubbish situation of having my phone stolen, I walked in feeling very stressed but Zak made me feel at ease almost immediately. He sorted out moving my phone number onto a new sim very quickly and was so friendly. I work in retail myself, it can be energy draining at times but Zak was everything you’d want from great customer service!

Pleasant experience to upgrade.
The person we dealt with was Zak. He was excellent, helpful, knowledgeable, and very amiable. Went in to enquire about a possible upgrade form my existing, he was really happy to assist. It wasn't just about "selling a phone" which i have experienced from other companies, more of a friendly chat, chuckle and leave as a friend type of experience. Excellent service and my new phone works out cheaper than the one I traded in!
