I spoke with Sam today to update my computer and security as my computer was running extremely slow. They worked on my computer and got my computer back up and running. I would love to stick to the company and I have been with them from last 2 years and love the way they work and communicate. I would recommend other's to call them if you need any help.

I have never been disappointed in the service I have received. I know that I get impatient; however, in the long run, it does not take long. I seem to have the problems the day I need it right away. Simon was very polite and handled things very well. I do wish you had been able to see that I was licensed with you, however. It did show my reviews for the past three years, that did upset me. I am satisfied with the service.

I signed with Virtual Touch Pro in oct-2018 but I forgot about my services after sign up, then Mr. Smith called me to remind me of my service on our computers, I have to say he was so patient with me and did everything to clean up all three computers.
