Worst ever gaming site I've played on should be closed down

I’ve been playing virgin bet for about a week, the slot game kept malfunctioning just spinning you kept taking money, then in the middle of a game you kick me off and disable my account. Your chat line and e mailing is a joke no joy there. I just want my money back you can not expect to close my account and keep my money £70 is a lot of money shame on you this is the worst site do not use it. Use sky vegas or mr q this one takes your money with no way to get it back u just go round in circles, also bonus do not pay out, anyone wanting to win over £20 do not play this game, bonus spins do not pay out like other sites. Been betting with Virgin for over a week , deposited a large amount and have won a couple of bets today and yesterday. i closed my account due to the games freezing a lot and disconnecting.

However, I deposited today as normally and have had also withdrawn a lot as of late, made withdrawals this morning and then closed down my account to avoid going over the limit.

I chased up asking where the money - they have said they bank have rejected it saying unverified account, I have contacted my bank and they have said that no transactions have been made and they have not rejected any sort of transactions - I have asked the team again and they are struggling to provide me my money or even come up with any sort of reasonable way of helping.

Absolutely disgusted by Virgin Bet. In my opinion, bunch of crooks. Deposited sum of money, was lucky to win. The day after I tried to withdraw my winnings and have been chasing it since. Avoid virginbet at all costs-they area company of crooks, robbers, con artists! I will be escalating my issue with them by contacting eCOGRA, a resolution helper. please read my issues I experienced with virginbet:

Dear Managing Director of Virginbet, I have been advised by your Customer Services dept, to escalate my complaint to Stage 2 by contacting you with me betting issue. I enclose copies of previous correspondence to Customer Services- it annoys me to receive a reply from them stating that the outcome will not be changed, I feel I have a very good reason to appeal and request compensation due the inconvenience I experienced when I was betting on Virginbet site on 7th-8th September 2025. The blanked screen appearing during my betting distracted me from my betting history and concentration on the site I was on- I did not want to have to transfer to a different game but was forced to as I couldn't log on to my existing game. Obviously due to this forced change I had no idea what my existing profit/ loss situation was. Normally all this information is available when you continue to bet on one specific game but I did not have this option! It was very frustrating to experience this and have to keep changing games without any control.
Secondly, the issue with my deposits was also out of order- surely when I deposit £10.00 and receive a message your deposit was successful I expect to be able to continue to play my chosen games and not find a message insufficient funds so then I have to deposit again until I can continue to play and then I find I have £20.00 or £30.00 credit on some occasions- this also put me off my concentration with my playing on your site. I felt I had no control of the amount I intended to deposit!
As I stated in my comments I never had such unfair, off putting gaming experiences in the past! It was as if it was a deliberate tactic set up by virginbet to distract me of my gambling- the sad consequence is that I lost that evening!!!
Please take serious note of my comments before I continue with my complaints with virginbet and contact eCOGRA.

Hello, I wish to make a formal complaint to Virginbet- on 07-08/09/25 I played slots on my virgin account. I had huge problems with the deposits as every time I deposited £10.00 I received a message stating your deposit was successful yet I was not credited £10.00 to my account so I was unable to continue to play so once again I deposited another £10.00 and sometimes this was successful so I had £20.00 credit in my account or on some occasions I had to deposit another £10.00 as the £20.00 was not credited, I ended up having £30.00 of credits! I wasn't very happy as I wanted to be in control of my deposits (you should be able to see these inconsistent credits to prove my issue?)
Secondly, to annoy me more was my betting screen kept blacking out so I lost control of what my balance was and I could not retrieve my existing game so I had to switch to an alternative game- this happened several times! Please see the betting history to prove this issue once again? I am a relatively new customer of virginbet but I haven't been very lucky with my winnings and my treatment online!
I have never had problems like this with other betting sites- it does knock you out of your concentration with your bets being messed about online with virginbet!!!

This review, is not for Virgin Bet, but for the people 🙂. All ODS are against you, and i'll explain you why. I'm playing on this site for quite a while now, experimenting and recording every game for my chanels (YT and TT). I took a random game, as the main game, and a few on the side, to see how they react vs MAIN game, wich my personal choice was Rick and Morty. Basically, ALL games on this site, even if they are diferent brands, are connected on the same server, wich uses the same coding, for all games, meaning that if on one game you start loosing, and want to change game, basically on the other game you still continue to lose. Let's say you are new to this platform, in the first 2 weeks you will have a few good rounds, invest a £50 a day, and gaind £100-£150, random, it's a 50%/50%, so you get trapped, and you want something bigger. Well, that's the moment you start trying bigger bets, and that why the system will fail all incoming bonuses, and when you think you will get it, it fails again, or give you the minimum win posible, so basically you are loosing money by investing more than you actualy gain. Today I've invested £500, and recorded for almost 3 hours, and now i'll talk about the BIG GLITCH, wich, actualy i saw it every single time i was about to get a bonus....the interface of the game glitches, jumps to differen patterns, for a few miliseconds is delayed, get you disconnected mid game, errors occur, and then PUFFF, the bonus fails you, and this happend because the system recalculates the encoding, how to get the actual posible bonus, away from you. So beting small, you just extend the agony, and bet bigger, you will lose faster. And of course, if you will make a review about being unsatisfied about the platform/games win ratio, the moderators will tell you that probably, you were unfortunate, and got a bad game day, and if you could suggest on how they can improve your experience, and that's it. Nothing changes, They GAIN, You lose, on short/long term...you decide.

Stay well clear of these. I had my account for two years deposited over £40,000 and gave them my loyalty.
