I placed a bet with Virgin Bet and won fair and square, but when it came time to collect my winnings, they flat-out refused to pay me. I followed all the rules, provided all necessary information, and yet they found some excuse to block my payout and now my account. Customer service was completely unhelpful, giving generic responses that didn’t address the problem at all. It’s shocking that a company would treat honest customers this way. I would strongly warn anyone considering using Virgin Bet to stay away—there are plenty of other platforms that actually honor your winnings. Absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience.

This company are a complete and utter scam, every winning bet I have had they void 1 minute before the game finishes, I’ve had the same type of bet multiple times, every loser they settle as a loser, every winner they settle as void. I spend about a 1000 pound a month I have had some good wins a long time ago, but haven't in months, today I went on fishing frenzy I didn't get 1 bonus in 600 pound which is shocking I tried to contact them through there chat took me about 9 attempts then to be insulted that bad I've asked them to delete my account I haven't been looked after at all. I opened an account 4 days ago over 4 days I gambled £20 a day and got to around £100 on two days and lost and then today the 4th day won £500 I withdrew and it’s in my account this late at night! Within an hour I’ve had no problems (you’re obviously hiding something when don’t cooperate)

Terrible company diabolical customer service. You wait forever for any sort of customer service and when you do eventually get an answer the staff have not got a clue. They don't honour their promotions even though they are shown on the banner and in your promotions. AVOID..there are much better betting companies out there with customer service that cares. My account has been closed today by Virgin bet after complaining about their NEW rules on BOG .
Their adverts states BOG is available from 10am daily to all customers but now you have to spend £25 weekly to get BOG.
I haven't been contacted at any stage by Virgin bet of these changes.
AVOID this company as they just want to SCAM customers and good luck talking to a human being if you have a complaint.
The below reply from VB is a LIE as I sent them photographic evidence that their website still saying BOG 10am offer on 1/8/25 but they changed advert this morning 2/8/25.
