I've ordered a bottle of Moldovan wine to be shipped for Christmas. After waiting for a month and no information provided, regarding the product, I wrote a letter to Vinovations, expecting an update. Instead, i was met with complete silence. Even after waiting for two months and sending multiple emails, the company did not respond.
As a customer, i feel betrayed - even by paying this much for a bottle of wine and expedited shipping, this company did not seem to care.

I received an e-mail on November 18, 2022 saying my wine shipment from Italy was on its way by FedEx and a link to a FedEx tracking number. The link showed a FedEx label was created on the same day. Since then no follow-up and the FedEx link now fails I called the phone number listed and it was a robo-answer that said they would forward my message to the original shipper. This is very poor customer service. BTW I bought and paid for the wine in June!

I ordered a custom tumbler and they called me to make sure they got the design right. It was a present for my Air Fore son. He LOVED the tumbler.

I ordered 4 items and 1 of 4 was delivered wrongly. I sent an email to clarify & to receive the correct item, however no response was provided so far.

Took about 10 days after placing the order before it was fulfilled. Also, ApplePay doesn't work. I've tried using it on my iPhone, iPad and Mac laptop, and what happens is that after selecting ApplePay, the screen for ApplePay authorization pops up, but it immediately goes into processing mode, without offering the option for fingerprint authorization. Without the fingerprint, the authorization fails and the payment can not be completed. It's very annoying, and not an issue with my end because I can use ApplePay seamlessly with other websites. It's only with Vinovations that ApplePay doesn't work.

I canceled this last wine order. But it was sent anyway and I was charged. Please cancel my wine club membership

I have noticed that in this last shipment were wines that I can buy cheaper at my local wine/package store, making me wonder why I should bother with Vinovations. Also while I enjoy Italian wines I am struck by Vinovations repeated and tedious reliance on them. Conversely I am struck by the relative dearth of American wines. Given the foregoing I think that my choosing an average rating is generous, and am rethinking my relationship with Vinovations. I am beginning to think that I can supply myself with a more interesting wine experience at a cheaper cost.

Vinovations is amazing! They ship super fast. I also really love that they carry a nice variety of Moldovan wines, which I cannot find anywhere else.

Overall quite a positive experience. A bit slow responding to the texts which the store generated by themselves. Need to improve communication with the customers in the middle of an active order.

I chose you folks because my mother in law loved the variety. Our first delivery we received six bottles as we were supposed to. However we received three varieties, two of each. I thought we would have six choices to sample and choose some favorites With that said the wine is good and going forward I hope to be able to have more to choose from. Thank you
