I was booking a flight to Cuba with Air Europa initially I was having trouble getting the payment through online. RAY called me and was able to resolve the issue over the phone, he was courteous, professional and very supportive.

Just so as you know
I found Travelpedia by searching on line and finding a really cheap flight price for July as July is an expensive time to travel, I filled out the booking form with my bank details and it said my card was denied and to call the branch, I called the branch and they found me a more expensive flight then was advertised on line... but cheaper than other agencies.

Mason was a star! He was understanding and did everything to help and assure me.. got my tickets in 36 hours without any fuss.. at a great price too! And a last minute booking as-well.. definitely recommended !!
