Unable to get a vendor account to pay in advance because credit wasn't approved

I am a small agricultural business, our farm has been in the family since 1980, and has passed down to my husband and I. Since we were old enough to start adding to our future business we have added other business ventures to fit the products we were producing and selling. Some of the ventures were sold off in order to pay off our grandfathers debts and keep the farm when it became ours. Since taking over the business we have added a couple of business expansions and partnerships to increase revenue to all of them. My previous suppliers in the town nearby where we have done business since our grandfathers owned our place have decided to retire and one business already closed their doors and the other will be closing at the end of this growing season. We were looking for another supplier to help supply some the things we will be offering in our little shop. Applied for credit not because we need it but because we are willing to establish credit since we have mostly stuck with small town local businesses and paid in cash we have not had much opportunity to establish it in the big industry part of the business. We were told they couldn't give us credit, and apparently after letting them know we are perfectly capable of making our bulk purchase order with cash or I'm assuming credit card online. Never even bothered to address if we could get an account if we were paying upfront, and made comments on the licenses that I had shared of our grandparents previously running our family owned business. I would assume after reading what I have for some of the reviews online this is probably why someone else had to buy them out, when your customer service is lacking in all areas maybe fix it and be open to taking upfront payments.

Bad customer service i have submitted my customer application three times but i can't get any response from the company?

Facing an issue while login

I created a new account about a month ago, but when I try to log in, it says my password is incorrect. When I try to reset my password, it asks for a VG account number which I don't have. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

only got half my order and the product…

only got half my order and the product I received I had to clean them off before putting them on the shelf

Chaotic billing

I didn't even get the product yet. I forgot about what I ordered from this billing mess. my first order, I select what I need and they system quoted me shipping by UPS. looks like a normal process. you click complete purchase and you are done. WRONG. clicked it 3 times and it rejected 3 different credit cards. I thought, well, I am not buying from those people. then I get an email asking for credit card authorization for the shipping cost, what?!?! I ask them, well how? the payment didn't go thru, they said no it went thru. strike 1! messy system. then after 15 emails where I have to write addresses and credit card numbers AGAIN, then they ask for picture of the card. why am I doing this separate than the checkout page and for the second time?strike2! I ask during those 15 emails why is this not done in the normal checkout page, they don't answer. then they email the invoice with no totals just line items, very unprofessional that you don't know what invoice looks like. Strike3! then I get a voicemail explaining that if you pay UPS it is separate *eye stair
at this point if you sell gold for half price I ain't dealing with you again.

Communication is severely lacking

The service is alright. I wish there was more communication between the supplier and the customer that could avoid unnecessary issues. I’ve been told I was getting a delivery on Friday, I wait at work all day for it only for it to arrive Monday the following week. And this is after letting you all know that we aren’t even open Monday or Tuesday. Just wish I didn’t have to deal with all of that.
