I ORDER 2 SHIRTS ON 6/20/21 AND NEVER RECEIVED THEMS. WHEN I CALL PUT ON HOLD AFTER 15 TO 20 MINUTES I LEFT A MESSAGE NO RESPONSE.

I received all of the items wich I ordered in a timely manner. They were all as I had expected.

I recently purchased ! 1st Cav. T-Shirt and after receiving it , I received 2 additional of the same t-shirt one day after another. I called and had to argue with this receptionist that I didn't order 3 of the same shirt and why would I want 3 of them with different sizes and be charged for it. I asked , please send me a coupon or sticker to mail back the 2 T-shirts I didn't order ,she argued with me again, finally I hung up, and called back and got a different person and she gave me the instructions to return the other 2 T-Shirts. Now, this was a week ago since I returned the 2 T-Shirts and I have not seen the adjustment on my debt card regarding the refund. Now, what do you recommend I do to get the service attention Im requesting, Please.

My first purchase was disappointing. I ordered a couple of hats, one for a friend for a special event. Paid extra to expedite shipping and lo and hehold, only one of the 2 hats arrived, and it wasn't even the one I wanted the most for my friend.

Great stickers. I wanted something to share with the guys at my Army Reunion. This fit the bill. Their a little pricey for the size & quantity I ordered.
But, it’s something different.

the service is good. the basic product is good, but they are not American made.
