I was looking for a honeymoon in Greece and Sarah P,(Personal Travel Advisor).I gave her my request and her knowledge of Crete is amazing recommend some amazing hotel we had a list of 3 hotels to pick from and we chose which we thought was best and we can’t wait to get there. Sarah was very helpful and gave great advices and I can’t thank her enough .

Sarah was very helpful and patient. She was able to search for better flight times and ensure that I was getting a good price and told me important information such as hidden baggage costs with some air lines and the euro tax cost for the particular Spanish island we are holidaying to. Sarah emailed me the quotes and returned my phone calls efficiently. What really impressed me was that she 'held' the flights for the day at the quote she gave so that I could secure it later once I decided to book. We included transfers and one hold luggage bag, she was able to adapt this and individually suit our requirements. The quote we booked with beat online competitors. Thanks Sarah!

Polite Experienced understanding patient a true professional salesperson

Cannot review the holiday itself yet as it's not until June 4th. However, when I booked with Elexis Thomlinson she seemed very efficient and said she would phone me on the next day at 11 regarding booking seats on the aircraft. 11 came and went and about 4 on that day I phoned her and left a voicemail about it. I didn't get a callback. So 2 days later I emailed her about the same thing and she has not replied. I paid in full for the holiday and Very were quick to take my booking but do not seem keen on ironing out problems. On March 4th we went to the Caleta Gardens apts.in Fuerteventura with Very and although we paid for a one bed apt. at the Caleta and were given a studio with a brick wall view. There was a sign on the desk offering upgrades at extra cost !!! Has Very realised this? I doubt it, because once you have booked and paid in full you have no chance of contacting the person you originally booked with, they have no interest. I now face my online check in experience prior to going to Crete on June 4th with some trepidation, as Very do not seem to be interested when they have got your cash. I do not seem able to sort the airline seats myself as I booked with Very, and will not be happy if my partner and I have to sit apart for the flight. Don't think I will chance booking with them ever again as I'm now worried about the flight seats and what on earth do I do if I experience problems with the online check in procedure?? Speaking from experience we may well end up not going.

I spoke to Andrew who was so helpful .. answered my numerous questions with politeness evenmansged to get a slightly better deal. Not used them before but so far so good !

We have been booking our holidays with Sarah Pratt for the past 6/7years and every year no matter how long it takes her she always goes the extra mile to make sure we find our ideal holiday. Each holiday we ve had booked by Sarah has been fantastic. Last year we struggled when we arrived late on a Sunday to find our pick up from the airport, I contacted Sarah who directed us to where we had to be within a few mins. I can’t recommend Sarah enough.

Very disappointed with very holidays, I was just informed a week before my holiday that my flight had not been booked properly! How is that my fault I believe they should have taken full responsibility and paid the extra to book my flights again. Surely between very holidays and Ryanair this could have been fixed. Now I have to tell my 2 little girls we won’t be going on holiday! Thanks for everything very holidays.
