We have used their services for years, and there’s a reason for that! From the very first interaction, they provided us with a personalized, high-end service. All our needs are met, and we know our belongings are in the best hands. They manage my precious piano and all our possessions with love and care as if they were their own. I even sent a private message expressing how spectacular the removal process was and how well taken care of we felt!

Intelligent agents handle enquiries swiftly by both email and phone. Excellent help with giving ‘shape’to the move and in putting the quote together. The moving team were pleasant and efficient. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Vertigo's experienced team looked after our removal process very efficiently and professionally from first contact, visit to assess, quoting, packing, delivery and unloading into our new home. They were helpful and pleasant to deal with and "went the extra mile". We would have no hesitation in recommending them

Professional, polite. great service

Honestly, it was the best moving experience we've had and we were extremely grateful to Valentina and the team for how they all were before and on the day in terms of politeness, friendliness, and the service provided.

I had quotes from 3 different companies - Vertigo were by far the most enjoyable to engage with and offered the most comprehensive service/cost breakdown. We really felt that they were worth the money (which wasn't 'more expensive' than others). They really helped to alleviate the stress of a move day!

Would not hesitate in recommending Vertigo!

I can’t praise these guys enough. Vertigo Transport carried out my move from London to Surrey smoothly, efficiently and without fuss. They get on with the job - no wise cracks, no endless demands for tea. Friendly and courteous at all times. Any problems, just ask Yasmina at the office. Probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Niko and his team did an amazing job packing our things and moving them into our new property. They were overly helpful with everything and made moving with a 5 week old much less stressful than it should be. From the quick communication from Boban till end great service. Will definitely contact again if moving

Excellent service from start to finish. I got a response to my query on the same day and a video consultation booked for the day after. The team was super efficient and carefully handled all of our goods. Would recommend!

We are so glad we chose Virtigo. The team has been very kind and answered all the questions before the moving day. The planning and communication are very clear. The team arrived on time, and they moved our items swiftly and with care. Professional service, highly recommended!

First class service loaded up quickly and cleared each room out one by one, also took all my recycling items and cleaned out my garden shed and took everything away in a separate van which was one thing I did not need to worry about, the removal men were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble never had anything to worry about and kept me informed at every stage of the process

The Vertigo team packed my 3 story house last Thursday and moved everything the following day to my new house.

The team was very organised and careful. Also very friendly and relaxed when we had to wait over an hour for my seller to clear her house out!

I will definitely recommend them, they made the whole experience stress-free!

Super friendly and super efficient, there's nothing these guys can't do. I needed someone at short notice and they came highly recommended at a good price to move from London to Hertfordshire. Only gripe is the van got a parking ticket and nobody informed me that I had to organise the parking. Just assumed they would put on the meter or at least ask me to! Otherwise superb 👌

Brilliant second experience with Vertigo. Our whole house was packed, loaded, moved and unloaded within 6 hours. The staff were all friendly, efficient and professional. Vertigo will be our go-to for future moves and we’ll be recommending them to friends locally.

Top notch service from start to finish. Very easy to engage with, efficient on the day and quick to help when asked. Would strongly recommend!

I recently used Vertigo Transport for my house move, and they were fantastic. The team was punctual, professional, and handled my belongings with great care. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everything arrived safely!

If you’re moving and need a reliable company, I highly recommend Vertigo Transport. They did a great job, and I’d happily use them again.

The Vertigo team turned up on time and worked hard throughout the morning. They arrived promptly at our new destination and quickly unloaded the vehicles. The team remained friendly and co-operative throughout the day.

We particularly liked the breakdown of the costs into component parts, like a pick and mix menu, enabling us to personalise the service. Boban responded rapidly to emails, and the removal team were efficient, hardworking and polite.

I can honestly recommend this company without any hesitation. From the start the person who came to quote was polite and helpful with useless advice. The person who packed for us was friendly, helpful and accommodating and really went out of his way to pack carefully. On the move day everyone was patient and went out of their way to help us in every way. I would really highly recommend them.

The organising pre move date was very efficient. The actual moving team were on time, prepared, polite, contentious, hard working, decent guys. I couldn't recommend the team highly enough.

The service provided has been nothing but the ABSOLUTE BEST!!
The whole team is so professional, helpful, available and kind - we couldn’t have had a best experience for a moving. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
