Very disappointing product fit and return experience
I purchased several bras and a bodysuit from VEIMIA, but unfortunately the products did not work for me.
For the bras, I have a larger cup size and found that the cup cutting and coverage were simply not suitable. They did not provide enough coverage or support. The bodysuit was even more disappointing — despite choosing according to the sizing information provided, I could not even put it on.
I therefore requested to return the items for a refund. This was when the experience became particularly frustrating.
Instead of simply providing return instructions, I was first encouraged to exchange the products and pay an additional handling fee. After I declined and explained that I wanted a refund rather than an exchange, I was offered a partial refund if I kept the products.
I continued to request the actual return procedure, and the proposed handling fee was subsequently reduced. Eventually, I accepted the no-return partial refund simply to avoid further back-and-forth and the inconvenience and cost of international return shipping.
Even after the refund amount was confirmed to me in writing, the amount actually credited to my account was slightly less. When I queried the difference, I was told that it might have been charged by my credit card company.
The small difference in the refund amount is not really the issue. What disappointed me was the overall return experience. A straightforward request to return unsuitable products required multiple emails, with different alternatives and refund terms being offered along the way.
Based on my experience, I would recommend checking the sizing and return/refund conditions very carefully before ordering, particularly if you have a larger cup size or are purchasing shapewear.
