Had issues with a new orange vape. Emailed and the reply was to take a video of the non working vape as it's so rare to have a faulty vape. Blow and suck to see if it will work. Meanwhile I ordered another 6. I refused to send a video so they wouldn't credit and a video would prove nothing anyway. Another 3 orange vapes were included in the order of 6 and guess what? Another orange one was faulty which is so rare. Won't use the company anymore as customer service poor with such a vast choice of companies out there.
Yes and someone provides a video of not genuinely inhaling etc so yes proves nothing. It actually states on your website your RETURN policy and no mention of a video within a 12 hour time frame.
If you do buy vapes just remember to open them all to make sure they work as a short time frame. Ridiculous as vapes are normally opened when required and only reason the orange ones were open was due to the issues.
