Wouldn’t deal with Vanarama again
From start to finish I have been messed about by Vanarama when leading a van.
From extras I asked for not being put on the van, to van not being delivered when I was told on 3 occasions. Then after 2 months they have started chasing me for service plan payments even though I’ve been telling them the payments weren’t being taken despite direct debit being set up.
I have to say that the vehicle I have (Peugeot Van) is superb but that’s not actually down to Vanarama
Will I lease from them again when this lease runs out? No!

Our deliveries team chased the supplying dealership tirelessly and unfortunately, could not prevent delivery from being rescheduled. Due to the inconvenience this caused, we arranged for the dealership to compensate you.
Regarding the missing accessories, we take full accountability for this issue and arranged reimbursement for the fitment of the ladder roller.
