An excellent, efficient purchase, arrived next day.

Ordered my new tool chest yesterday 16th of May and it arrived today 17th of May and for the cost I am really impressed

I would have given them 5 stars, however, their coms are next to useless, it is a pain trying to get hold of anybody. I can only imagine what it would be like to get a refund from them.

The packaging was very good,

Ordering was easy,not yet received the tool box so can’t comment to much.

The wooden tool chest is as good as I hoped for and better than expected. I don't think USPro do it justice in their images. For £399 I think it offers very good value for the money. The delivery was quick (2 days from ordering) and all 3 cartons arrived un-damaged. All told, a great experience and product. Based on my experience I would recommend. 👍

Web site says all boxes in stock and ready to ship 24/48 shipping .turns out there not in stock. no communication from company to tell me this I rang 4 days later to get told they couldn’t give me a delivery date so agreed on different box that came all good nice box then had to ring 4 different times and take PayPal dispute to get refund on the difference in price on box also web site says weekend delivery extra but asked for this service to be told don’t do weekend delivery’s .and what ever line you go to on phone option 1/2 is the same bloke that’s really hard work to get any info from all he says is I’ll sort it right now and doesn’t .tool boxes are nice no problems there but the company is hard work and for that reason and trying to get my refund was hard work so can say from my experience I won’t use them again

Ordered my box with the cabinet underneath. I only received the cabinet and even then it’s got huge dents in it all the way around.

I ordered the tool chest and a tool trolley! My advice is make sure you know what you are buying. The tool trolley is just a big tool box maybe ok for children but certainly NOT a tool chest. The tool trolley is more like a small unit for serving tea on that your gran used! It was also not the colour I ordered. My own stupid fault you certainly do get what you pay for be warned

What can i say... The customer service staff are excellent more than happy to help with any enquries that I had. I would of rated them 10 stars if i could. The product I bought is excellent and ideal for my needs. Would use again.

Website states everything in stock to be delivered in 48 hours. Never received confirmation for 3 days so I emailed to see what was going on. To be told they only have a couple of boxes left in 3 colours. Asked for a refund and still waiting 2 weeks later. Highly disappointed and annoyed

The website was great , easy to decide what i wanted and easy to purchase! The only issue i had and still have is there was absolutely no confirmation of my purchase whatsoever infact this survey is the first thing ive received. I had to call to check they received my order and find out delivery details.

The top tool box is well made and good. The bottom box however is well made but twisted. The bottom box still works but spoils the bottom box as you can visually see its twisted.

Did have a bit of a delay in getting the tool chest as it didn't get put on the carriers. Mistakes do happen but it was well worth the wait. Excellent quality tool chest combo made with good quality steel and well put together. I was going to wait until the gloss black unit was in stock but went for the Blue. The colour is more of a Royal Blue than the baby blue shown on the website and makes it look a lot more expensive than what it cost. Very happy with it and I don't think you can get better value for money.

Have bought USPRO tools in the past and always been happy with them and then ( of course) i needed a tool box and found this at a great price on your website. Ordering was easy, was kept in touch by email and delivery was prompt. Its a really good toolbox and would give the big name ones a run for their money!

Good customer services and delivered on time. Does what it says on the tin.
