Great staff at our local store
Great staff at our local store . Were extremely helpful with advice on choosing stair carpet and offered a free measuring service . Josh at the shop was very helpful.
Fitters were running late on the day by a few hours but that couldn’t be helped due to an issue at the previous customers house , but they did phone twice to inform us of the ETA . Did a very professional fitting job and we are delighted with our new carpet for stairs and landing . Would definately use them again when the time comes .

Not happy
Overall carpets are good but the fitters were awful first they ripped us off with extra £50 and the took underlay off when not supposed to and did not replace it they said they did but we didn't see the underlay and then trying to charge us to prove that did put the underlay, we are not happy customers because of this, we will not be using United carpets again because of the carpet fitters

Great experience all round
Great experience all round, the guy in the shop was very helpful and had a smile on his face which is quite refreshing these days. The fitters were great too. Definitely our go to place for carpet

Great carpet great service
Just had united carpets to do our hall stairs & landing! Looks amazing really happy with the quality and service, very efficient came and measured up and ordered carpet straight away. The carpet we removed had been done by them 12 years ago and was still in good condition. All our carpets are from there wouldn’t go any where else!
