Excellent carpet fitters
Very pleased with our carpets and the excellent service by the carpet fitters, Mike and Ben. They fitted our carpets on two separate days and on both occasions they were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and did a very professional job. Nothing was too much trouble - I would definitely recommend them.

Good price & product - average fitting
Good choice in the shop, great price and short time to wait until fitting. However the fitting was rushed and wasn’t perfect, cutting of the product was poor in some places

The sale staff are great shame about the fitters!
The sale staff are great, competitive prices, prompt measuring service. The problem are the fitters they use. They subcontract the job and unfortunately they are not thorough, shove scraps into the bedrooms and some is just left scattered in the front of the house. Fair enough if they even say anything, but not a word!

I love the floor it was fitted really…
I love the floor it was fitted really well. I hate how the floor pushed my front door out and I can't use it properly. Paying to get it fixed because when the fitters came back rather than fix it they told me how I was just wrong about it. It's all supposed to be out of line and not close properly.
Costing me a big to get a joiner to fix...

There was a delay to the order…
There was a delay to the order initially, staff were helpful when I chased up after two weeks and said it would very likely arrive within the next week. Heard nothing, when chased up after another week they found the carpet in the back storeroom. Said it seemed to have been sat there quite a while. Carpet fitted and is nice, but smells a bit like a farmyard.

Fourth bedroom carpeted in a couple of months. Great carpet, great service and advice from Norman and really great fitters. Next is the stairs and landing. Wouldn't shop anywhere else!

great fitters
Great fitters who were prompt, very helpful and did a good job. After they'd left I realised they'd not applied sealant where the edges of cushion flooring, skirting boards and end of units met, although it was listed in the service I'd paid for!!!

Terrible customer service
I ordered a piece of carpet, part of which was to be edged into a rug, and I confirmed with the staff member who took my order that I could also have the offcut of the piece that I had paid for. My order took two months to complete- this was not communicated to me when I ordered. Every time I contacted the shop to try to get an update on my order I spoke to a different person, none of who were aware of my order or the reason for the delay, and no one could give me a firm date that I would receive the rug. Eventually, when the carpet had been edged, I was asked to go and pick it up myself instead of the delivery that was promised and I was asked for more money for the edging service than I had been quoted when ordering. After refusing to collect the carpet myself it took a further week for it to be delivered and I was advised that the offcut of the piece I had paid for had been disposed of. I then had to pursue getting a replacement piece for a further two weeks. Shocking service that I will not be using again.
