We had our living room carpet fitted, the process was easy and stress free from choosing in store, to having it fitted! Everyone involved throughout the process was knowledgeable, kind and courteous, I would definitely recommend!

Justin demonstrated good knowledge of stock. He listened to my needs. With his help I was able to choose a carpet that best suited my needs and budget. He was approachable, friendly, professional and well mannered. He answered any questions I had. Very pleased with the service and…
Very pleased with the service and prices of the carpets and bed that we purchased was very reasonable. Didn't have to wait long for the carpet to be fitted. Adam rang to arrange a suitable date for the carpet fitter, he was very polite and helpful.

Superb Service and High quality
We have always used UC
Had our whole house done (laminates) more than 20 yrs ago and replaced carpet on stairs and 2nd time, 2 bed rooms carpeted for our daughters flat, bought 4 Mattresses from them
They always been of excellent quality, friendly and with great service

I ordered a bed
I ordered a bed, was told originally 2-3 weeks delivery, I had to chase it, it then came in 4 weeks. Had it delivered, I asked for the softest mattress as this is what I wanted, what I have is like sleeping on a wooden board! It is so uncomfortable and cheap quality, I can’t sleep on it, I paid enough so thought the quality would be better than this, I will get another mattress somewhere else, what I actually want! I will never go back here again!! Nice enough people, shame about the goods!! Needs better organisation.
