I gave my full measurements to the man in the shop & I booked a fitting . On the day of the fitting no communication, I had to ring the carpet shop to ask approx what time as it was past 12 & the sales nan said he would ring me back, of which he didn't. I was at work at the time & my husbsnd was at home waiting for the carpet to be fitted . When the fitting guys turned up after 2 they said that the carpet was short !!! I measured exactly right as I have done before for the same stairs & landing . They said that the sakes person whom took the order hasn't been jenerous with the sizing as the landing carpet needs to be bigger as it is suppose to go down fully over the first stair. When my husband explained over the phone I imagined the worse, but when I got home I thought the fitters did a lovely job & I was quite happy .lack of communication from the sales person in the shop could have been better , it let the company down in my opinion & I won't trust them again to fit elsewhere in the house . However the independent fitter used his common sense & sorted the carpet & you would never know it should have been fitted snother way. A lip over the first stair is there but it looks OK.

Good prices and deliver what they promised. Fitter’s were quick, clean and tidy. Will use again.

Well considering you delivered and fitted not only the wrong colour but also the wrong quality carpet I don't think you did very well to be honest

Good shop experience, but the fitting left a bit to be desired. Couple of doors now don't close properly. And bedroom carpet has a couple of waves in it. Was also very surprised that I never received a follow up phone call from them.

The whole experience starting with the choosing and ordering of the carpets through to the two guys who fitted them, was simple, problem free and just brilliant. Communication with both the store and the fitters was perfect and of course the price was good. The thing that tipped the order in your direction and away from a rival store was the free fitting.

Thank you so very much to everyone involved at Crewe United Carpets, from our initial meeting and flooring consultation with Eddie at the store to the flooring fitters who worked with skill and perfection, thank you to the carpet fitters Rob and Ash, we absolutely cannot fault anything, we would like to say to flooring fitter Lee a MASSIVE thank you, your work ethic is phenomenal, you work with great skill, passion and energy, we are truly happy that you fitted our wooden flooring….if you are wondering where to go to spend your hard earned money to finish your home with quality flooring and feel reassured you have made the right choice, then make an appointment with Eddie and team, thank you all again, you are all AMAZING!! Had the dining room and living room done along with vinyl in the kitchen and utility room.

Really helpful in the shop and the two lads that came to fit the Carpet were great.
