Heating mat misleading
Instead to selling heating mat in some sizes above 12m² it would be more honest to make big letters note if you need bigger than 12m² you need to combine two or more heating mat rather then selling "14m²" and then get delivered x2 7m² mat which sometimes is not same on site.

Easy to find what I needed, the large pallet came on time and was packaged well. Did make a call to check on delivery, the staff were very helpful and just all round nice people. No complaints at all. Will use underfloor heating again for sure.

My second order from underfloor heating direct and the same great service. Easy to order, excellent communication through ordering, confirmation of both payment and order, invoicing and delivery with tracking via FedEx. On top of all this the cost is very competitive and a below average delivery charge even on 20kg bags of tile adhesive.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, I don't recommend this company even to my enemy.
I put my order on Sunday and I paid extra £24.99 to receive my order on next working day before 12 noon, which I understand they have to send my order on Tuesday before 12 noon, then I received an email on Tuesday at 12:46 which was we don't have one of your manifold and we are going to receive them from our supplier on Thursday then we send you all 44 items together on Friday or if you want we can send you other 43 items tomorrow (Wednesday) and one manifold on Friday.
Then I called them and I told them I booked a plumbing company to come and do the job on Wednesday if they don't have the materials they can't start the job then I have to pay them £800 and I don't know if I can find anyone, then the lady in customer service said if you want I can cancel your order and buy them from somewhere else.

What great service! Goods issued within a day or ordering, and cheaper than any other supplier.
Initial issues with FedEx delivery who wouldn’t deal with me direct. Haley from Underfloor Heating Direct was brilliant at sorting for me. Kept me informed every step of the way, and made me feel like someone was listening. Her determination to sort the delivery for me (despite not being an Underfloor Heating Direct fault) was amazing.
