I was a customer of UltraVapour since they first opened their store in Kidderminster. A couple of weeks ago I went in their store to buy some more nic salts & I was told by a young lad going by the name of "MiLk" that I was banned from their shop. I asked why when I've been a good customer of theirs for a number of years without any issue at all & the young lad got very rude & aggressive with me saying "I think you know what you've done" & I said "No I don't so please tell me". He said it was about a crime I committed in 2018 (7 years ago now) which in the eyes of the law is legally regarded as spent & which had nothing whatsoever to do with their business. I actually couldn't believe what I was hearing & I asked him who had been in here saying these things about me & he would not tell me why. I also explained to him that I suffer with a Severe Mental Health Disorder, which I was suffering with for many years. He told me to get out of the shop immediately & I said no why should I? You've banned me for nothing other than prejudice & listening to a person who has been non-stop bullying & harassing me since I moved to Kidderminster in 2016. He then went & fetched a member of security staff from Kidderminster Bid (a heavily tattooed, intimidating & aggressive looking individual) who told me to get out of their shop otherwise they'd ring the Police on me. I said to him ring the Police, which he did & Police told me to just leave the shop, because they're within their right to ban anyone from their shop. I explained to Police their reason for banning me was unjust & was in actual fact prejudice & they told me they wouldn't do anything about it. I then called their main phone number & asked to speak to their manager, where I explained what happened & asked them to reconsider their decision to ban me. I was told by the lady she would speak to the young lad working there & she would call me back after he came back from holiday, this never happened.

In short this business are bully enablers who listen to callous individuals who go in there making trouble & problems for me & to be completely honest I would NEVER wish to do business with this company ever again. They victimise people with Severe Mental Health issues like myself & that kind of behaviour is even more abhorrent than anything, Shame on them!!!!

Excellent service! Staff are so friendly & helpful at the Kidderminster branch.. Delivery service through lockdown I couldn't believe how quick my liquids were delivered...100% recommended 😊👌 Thankyou

Called the Halesowen branch the operations manager as she described herself was rude and unhelpful!!!
I normally go the west brom branch they are lovely in there, this lady was disgusting how she became a manager is a joke. I would never recommend to use their delivery service

bought products from them, one such product needed returning due to fault

ignored the messages, rang and no one knew what to do but said the boss will ring back, boss never rang back, rang two more times he was never in and never rang back

finally after many calls and promises that fell through got through to a lady called Nessa who knew what she was doing got it all sorted like there was no issue

tho i do feel that had i not have been in contact with the warranty RMA and Asmodus themselves about the issue the results might not have come out as fast and more smoke and mirrors might have been deployed

staff were nice but each one had a different solution ranging from they'll sort it to you need to give us more money totally almost twice what the items worth but all pending on a call that never came and only one could make something happen almost a month after i reported it

( maybe not have the bit that tells me you opened it if you don't intend to open it - cause it took days and two phone calls for anyone to open the return request )

have no real gripe with the company after the result as i'm not a bitter guy so i choose to believe that there lack of customer care is a fault within the reporting structure and that they'll take this incident into account and put in place a better structure and not something untoward was happening

added a star cause i know that if you are reading this and in a spot of bother with them .. get Nessa! that gold star in the middle is hers

in the end the result was extremely good and i was happy with the resolution infact the gentleman in the branch by the name of Jay went way out for his way to assure my happiness just wish from the bottom of my heart that didnt have to go so rough at the start
