Ultion Lock Bewertungen

absolutely outstanding service as always. Very very supportive, very understanding very gentle and very sympathetic to my needs. They always go above and beyond by four and they have been a massive element impacting on the success of our business for which we are truly grateful as we grow day of day after today. I cannot highlight the standard of supporting service and from every single person individually and as a company they are exceptional.

Very solid door and strong keys.

All good strong keys

A quality product. I feel much more secure in my home. The lock is so good it took a bit of time to get into the house at first time of using due to the sturdiness of the barrel.

Great reliable product, does exactly what it says on the tin and a first to offer underscores written guarantees. Well done. Excellent!

Excellent!

Great service from them. Guarantee easy to apply. And the lock and keys are super easy to lock and unlock plus there super secure.

Great product making your home safer, quality is excellent high quality lock and keys. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service. Ordered spare key and came the next day.

First time having the service and its a peace of mind knowing I can get replacement keys and its done by unique number.

Tried to pair to two phones and could not.
So hard to remove battery and reset to pair to phone we most wanted paired with.
Small black plastic part snapped off and one key no longer seems to have power. Even though new battery provided being used. Tried new battery. Still not working.
For the money... expected more.

Took too long to get to me. Took a week.

In my opinion you need to consider people who are not on the Internet and give them an alternative method to register their keys ie by phone.

Ordered a set of Ultion cylinder locks, all keyed-alike. Had a bit of a mare with locks recently, so I reached out via WhatsApp to double-check my measurements against the photos I took before ordering. The team were spot on—super helpful, quick to respond, and took all the guesswork out of getting the sizing right.

Even when I had to chop one out of the basket because the patio door is getting replaced next month, they just rolled with it and gave me solid advice on adding another one down the line using the key code.

Dispatch was lightning-fast via DPD, and the gear arrived securely with zero fuss. Fitted them straight away, absolute piece of cake and everything works brilliantly.

Proper 5-star service all around. Once the rest of the doors in the place get replaced, I'll be coming straight back to these guys to order more keyed-alike locks.

Lock replaced and new keys provided job done
