Delivered faulty Samsung charger and returns are a nightmare. I guess read the small print in future or just order off Amazon who have no issues with returns of faulty goods.

My god where to even begin. Ordered a Samsung Fast Wirless charger off here back in March, as I wanted to avoid the big retailers like amazon and go with a more independent business. Item was delivered a few days later, and unfortunately the wrong item was delivered. Annoying but these things happen so I messaged the seller to sort out getting the correct item. After a 3 week wait and the bluntest emails back from the retailer they eventually gave me a returns label, which I sent back the next day. Here I am 3 months later, still waiting for the refund or even acknowledgement of return. The customer service received here has been so bad its difficult to describe, most emails received were literally 3 words long (I wish I was joking), providing absolute zero assistance in chasing up the return for me, literally no care in the world. To be honest I've given up on getting the money back now, but I thought I'd at least leave an honest review considering the situation I've been through here, in the hope it stops someone else making the same mistake as me. Absolutely avoid!!!!

Fast service, quality item, communication a little slow?
tracking service either wrong number provided or tracking service not working? a little hit miss, needs refining, but fast service is what really counts.

Very pleased with the service. Sent for product and it arrived well packaged and promptly. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Bought a Samsung charger and cable. Took over a week to arrive and charger did not work. Advised by email to complete a returns form and send the item back which I did at my own cost. I sent it via DHL and it was delivered the following day. Did not hear anything and so chased a week later again via email. They state they have not received the return and will not refund me! Read their returns policy carefully had red lights all over it.
Stay clear, thank goodness I did not spend a lot of money with this company! TERRIBLE and hate getting ripped off no matter how much I spend. Hope this helps others to think twice. If I could give 0 stars I would.
