I bought the item and it was delivered in less than 24 hours. I will buy again.

Awful website as only have drugs beginning with A.

Nonetheless drugs available even when clinic on other letters of alphabet and the search function doesn't work

Most people reviewing here have the wrong company, the similarly named UK Meds, so do not be misled by the reviews.. This review is for UK Med.

This site is a blatant fraud. I ordered from their website at the beginning of December last year and received an email, a WhatsApp message from their ''business'' number and even a call with instructions how to pay. As with similar websites offering class A and B prescription drugs illegally on the internet, they gave me private bank account details for payment. These are hard to trace and companies change them frequently. This is where you take your chances, some are genuine, some are not. When my order did not arrive, I contacted them and actually received a reply on WhatsApp. They had the nerve to say I had ordered on a scam website and that my WhatsApp account had been hacked. To add insult to injury, they gave me other bank account details, clearly in the hope I would be fool enough to gift them more of my money. When I complained about this, I was told they were ''investigating'' but that was that, all further WhatsApp messages and emails were ignored.

As I said, you are taking a chance whenever you deposit money into a private bank account but I have done it with a few other companies with no problem. Not with this bunch of scammers.

You have been warned.

Was told it would be delivered by Evri now got another tracking number for Royal mail
No one has my order. Just upset and just get a robot to answer set questions.

I chose to use the service because I had an uregent requirement for a perscription drug and did not feel like having a consulttaion with my local GP.

I ordered the good on Sunday the 31st July and inline with their delivery policy of net working day, it should have been delivered by 2nd August.

Goods were still not delivered by 4th August. So I cancellled my order.

Their custoemr service coudl nt be bothereed to call their delivery partner, instead they requested I refuse the parcel.

Medicines are small pakcages, which ar epopped in ones post box and can't be refused.

I returned the goods as per their instructions. Royal mail confirmed receipt by 15th August and I expected a refund to be processed.

I followed up on 2nd Sept and recieved a confimation email stating that the refund had been initiated and would be in my account within 5 working days.

It is now the 24th Sept and no refund has been recieved.

I would have given them 3 stars as they do reply. But their replies are pointless lies and I now have to ask my bank to process the refund on my behalf.

What a headache!

Rather go to your GP, it will be cheaper and faster.

Uk meds are very bad service they send me wrong tablets I ask for change or refund they saying no refund or change i will never use this company order number 001600828

Placed an order, item never arrived had to report to PayPal. This company is not trustworthy. Please avoid them. They never reply to emails or offer solution.

I have just written then a dreadful review about their misrepresentation when selling what seems knock off masks. Others here are saying the same so I think they need to go to the UK Meds page and post on there.

They advertised masks which I purchased. Upon receipt they were not the ones that were advertised. The company said “that picture was for illustration only” which frankly is like buying a Ferrari but receiving a Ford Escort (at the Ferrari price). When I wrote to them they refused to refund.

If you are reading this and they try to do the same, then please check your consumer law - they are now allowed to do this! They will then attempt to tell you you can return them but you must pay for postage, again check consumer law as they are not allowed to do this! Their website also states:
‘We will refund the price of the medication in full together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs that you incur in returning the item to us. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.’
(So ensure you are not out of pocket!)

This company took a month to refund me after receiving the masks back that I returned. On 3 occasions they said “sorry, we had an error at our side refunding you” It took a threat to the small claims court for them to refund immediately.

General public, don’t let them get away with sending you Inadequate rubbish, then informing you you can’t return it nor get a refund. Research your legal rights and stand firm.

In my opinion - avoid this company all together. If I could give them ‘zero’ stars then I would.

Bought very expensive masks from UKmed, on the basis of their webpage which clearly linked their use of their masks with preventing coronavirus and saying they are used by healthcare professionals. The masks arrived and on the boxes it was very clear that they were Chinese specification and stock and clearly marked for non-medical use. They said that their page also said that they were dust masks, but why link to coronavirus and healthcare professionals then? They refused to take them back, on the basis that they are a hygiene item (fair enough), but given that I paid over £12 for each mask which are very basic flimsy things I think it's a total rip-off. As far as I'm concerned they are just taking advantage of people's fears and ripping them off in the process! They are just profit sharks!
