Cancelled due to under quote
I paid an annual quotation for my car insurance only for them to tell me I had to pay more, I am very busy hence why I paid an annual fee and they decided to cancel my insurance because I paid one day later than they asked although they had a whole years payment in advance which surely could be utilised, this was just 6 weeks into the insurance cover so not at the end of the quoted term. They have now refunded a smaller amount with no explanation of why a shortfall of over £250 has not be included in the refunded amount. Scam company who have no logical customer service.
