I ordered a set of premium brand tyres but they did not have them in stock had no communication quality courtesy to send an email or make contact with the customer via the mobile number on order contact! instead I had to call a couple of times suggested they are waiting for tyres from manufacture when arrived still no contact! so went online to my account portal and clicked on tracking which the link is another third party courier link! nor tracking was traceable so made contact with them again! with no sincere customer service presentation just a conveyor belt operation the bigger picture is quality customer service not just the price! Plus after spending over £450! Just look at there dismissive reply below! with selective self centered remedy! Do you even get the point of responsible quality communication skills! and taken orders for no stock tyres! Point of sale is with TyreTraders.com not your third party manufacture! about your companies luck of communication skills! Management look at the bigger picture of your lack of quality! Stop making excuses for your employees! or logistical process! Again tunnel vision understanding further reply of the complaint chronology below! This is about quality communication skills! Not unprofessional employees communication skills in this instance! Train your staff members how to communicate professionally and with passion! When the consumer makes contact with TyreTraders.com your only as good as the staff members who represent your company!
