After trying another tutoring company that failed to find a suitable tutor for my daughters year 11 advanced maths, I gave Tutero a chance after reading such great reviews and doing further research. They provided a professional tutor and service that has given my daughter the exact lift in her maths study she needed along with the incredible support and flexibility around times and days for us fitting everything in, has been amazing. We enjoy reading the report sent to us after each session outlining what they did and how she is going. We are very impressed with the level of tutoring and the positive impact each week is having on her studies. Thank you, well done we might look at other subjects as well going into year 12.

Out tutor was a breath of fresh air for our ASD son. He has task avoidance, so demands are incredibly hard for him.
The tutor was patient, animated and empathetic towards my son.
He engaged with her more than he does at school.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Tutero has been wonderful in helping me with my Physics studies. When the first tutor I started with had to leave Tutero was quick and transparent with the process of finding me a new tutor. Each tutor I had throughout my time with Tutero truly new what they were doing, and I could tell they were truly invested in my success. I cannot recommend Tutero more

I felt like my grades where poor for my standard in VCE Chemistry at the start of the year. My friend told me of the success he had with tutors. I signed up with Tutero and was given a wonderful Tutor. Having their in depth understanding as a helping hand enabled me to understand the things that I didn't know and that I needed to know. I observed a 39% rise in my grades after our sessions began. Later in the year I covered the topic of probability is Specialist Mathematics. My grade for the prior 2 SACs had been 80% and I felt like I was probably going to drop the ball for probability. I applied for another tutor who enabled me to keep my average of 80% in the Probability SAC within the timeframe of 2 weeks prior to the SAC. Bare in mind I had little to know understanding of probability prior to our lessons. They also helped me for the rest of the year.
This program enables students to overcome the hurdle of not understanding a certain teaching style as you have access to a multitude of people who understand the topic you need help with and teach in their own unique way. An added bonus of having regular tutor sessions is that it helps motivate a burst of study and helps cultivate positive study habits. Of course, ultimately, learning is still up to the individual trying to learn, but their efforts are not always proportional to their success. Having a Tutor enabled me to make the effort I put in count for something.
My experience as a student of awesome tutors was a pleasure. I am grateful for their time and effort toward aiding my time and effort.
That's why Tutero is the way to go!

My daughter found the tutero experience really helpful and the tutor was able to adjust to my daughter's learning style. I would like to thank tutero for this experience.

Fantastic. My daughter has grown in confidence and prior going into her exam yesterday stated “I am going to miss my tutor”.
Excellence service, individually tailored. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Tutero has been the best decision we have ever taken for my Kid. Tutero has been extremely helpful in helping my kid. The results are outstanding. Thanks to the entire team of Tutero for the time and efforts.

My daughter is in Grade 12 and we have arranged tutors for both Maths Methods and Chemistry. Both Francisco and Luke have been excellent - they have not only taken her through the class work she has been completing to explain the concepts she was struggling with to help her gain confidence coming into her externals but have also assisted in providing extra resources where required. I can highly recommend both tutors.

The maths tutor was a student that was good at maths however, Tutero did not respond in a timely manner to a serious query regarding the abject lack of lesson structure. The lack of response from Tutreo management is the basis for this review.
We were led to believe that Tutero maintained an observation of the lesson tuition process but it now appears this is not the case.
While the tutor was clearly competent at maths, he did not have the experience to identify retention levels as there was no revision process put in place in the lesson plan.
Basically, it would seem to us that a maths competent tutor with little tutoring experience was left to create his own structure and lesson process without any assistance from the Tutero management.
We would now insist on only engaging an experienced tutor with a reasonable record over a period of time. We will never again use a tutor that is just out of high school or in the first few years of university study.

After having a reply from Tutero regarding this review I have still not had a reply from Tutero for my original concern. We cannot address this review response until we have had the response from our original email to Tutero administration.

Before i joined Tutero, My son used to be terrible in certain units of mathematics such as algebra fractions decimals and percentages, i noticed this so i got him a tutor and within a few sessions now he knows them like it's the back of his hand.

My daughter really likes her tutor and her math scores has improved, therefore were happy with TUTERO.

I have tried three tutoring providers before I came to Tutero. My son has been learning Maths and also Science with Tutero for 3 months, and I have been very impressed by the quality of tutors and the learning resources they provide to their students. I have been telling other parents at his school about the servie and they too have joined and had a similar experience.

I would also like to say thank you to Christie for the excellent care that she has provided.

Tutero have been great to deal with and we have found immense benefit from their tutoring. All of the sessions and enjoyable and get the content across. I would highly recommend Tutero for your child.

Tutero has been excellent for my 11 year old. In lockdown we saw him having difficulties with Maths and also English and so I contacted Tutero and booked him into 1-on-1 private tutoring. We saw fantastic results after a few lessons and he was able to apply his learnings in the classroom. We are continuing tutoring and very happy with the service.

Our tutor was beyond outstanding, She went over and above with her time and availabity, the way she related with to my 16yo and motivated her was excellent.
Thank you for your help, couldn't have asked for a better result.
