This company is an absolute disgrace. I have received neither my parcel nor the refund. Don't trust their replies here under others' reviews like they are sorry, because they are not. They know they are scammers.

Customer service was virtually non-existent — brief, dismissive replies like “we’ll look into the problem” and nothing more. My repeated refund requests were ignored until I warned them I would leave a negative review. Only then did they email me claiming the refund had been issued, but almost a month later, the money still hasn’t reached my account. Unprofessional, incompetent and utterly unreliable.

I will also report them to consumer protection authorities.

Products which are difficult to find elsewhere are available here; delivery is exceptionally speedy.

I ordered from this page in 11/2024!!! It’s 7/2025 and I have no money, no ordered item so far. I highly recommend NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS E-SHOP. Nobody will send you Your money back :(

Ordered my supplements from this company 3 months ago. Didn't receive anything, not even a shipping update. When I informed the team, they "obligingly" apologized and said they will be resend the order - only to lie again. I asked for a refund and they have ignored all my emails so far. Have never been treated so much like shit by a company, have never been scammed with such impunity. will report this to all available authorities.

I recently placed an order with turmeric and honey and I'm thoroughly impressed with the entire experience from start to finish.

The website was extremely easy to navigate everything was clearly laid out. Any extra information i needed was easy to find at the bottom of the site for a first time customer like me.

After placing my order i got promptly informed about my delivery and tracking details. Additionally the customer service was outstanding i had a quick question about one of the products , the lady was very polite and friendly. Its rare to come across such warm and attentive service these days.

I'm very pleased and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend both for quality and customer support.

As usual, I was worried when reading the reviews on Trustpilot, but my experience turned out to be a very good one.

I was looking for a specific natural treatment for my condition that I only found on a few sites. One of them was Turmeric and Honey, which had good prices and conditions, so I tried my luck.

I ordered on June 16th, they shipped it the next day, and I received it on June 24th. The total delivery time was about 5 working days from UK to Italy, which was way faster than I expected. No customs. The product I ordered seems to be fine and has a great expiry date (2 years).

The support was friendly and responded quickly, as I was worried about having entered the wrong address.

A downside: they didn't send me a tracking number, but my local carrier sent me one via email when it reached my country. (I'm not sure if others will do the same). Another potential downside is the limited payment options; I would have liked to pay with PayPal.

But besides that, it was a very good experience and doesn't correspond with the bad ratings they have on Trustpilot.

All the products I purchased from this company were of excellent quality. Since not all of them are available in my country, I can say I was very satisfied not only with their quality but also with the customer service. The products arrived on time without any delays. I highly recommend this company and would definitely buy from them again!

I ordered my supplement over a week ago. I'm just getting confirmation that it's sent, which might take a further week to reach where I live. I needed it urgently, so this slow delivery is frustrating

Unfortunately the product had a very short shelf life, around 7 months, which is half the minimum I would usually expect for this product. They said that this was the longest shelf life they had for this product, so I guess subsequent purchasers would have received a product with an even shorter shelf life.

Sadly 3 stars due to poor customer service. I loved the various products available on the website, ordering was easy and my items arrived safely and in good time with emails to keep me updated.
I did however try to contact customer services via telephone and email as I noticed that I didn't order a dispenser pump for a refill item I'd already purchased. At that time my order hadn't yet been dispatched, and to save postage and emissions I would have liked to have bought the pump and added it to my existing order.
By the time I finally received an email and message on my answer phone the order had left the warehouse. I'd like to add that closing customer services at 3pm every day must have added to the delay in responding thus making a possibly simple task much more difficult than necessary.

I recently ordered from Turmeric & Honey and paid £5.99 for delivery — a steep fee, especially considering the company is based in London and I’m in Birmingham. Despite this, my order only arrived today, 25th April, which is a completely unacceptable delay.

I was in urgent need of the item and expected much faster service given the short distance and the high delivery cost. There was no proper communication, no tracking updates, and no explanation for the delay. For a company that deals in health and wellness products, such poor service is particularly concerning.

It honestly felt like once they took the payment, the rest didn’t matter. I expected better and more reliable service. I will not be ordering from them again and urge others to be cautious if time is a factor in your purchase.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing order.

Placed an order 7 days ago.
The order hasn't even been dispatched!
Considering the price of delivery was 5.99
I expected the product to have been delivered within a reasonable time.
In addition to this, in the confirmation email, Tumeric and Honey state "
Orders placed after 3:30 pm GMT will be processed on the following business day."

Deliveries that cost 3.49 from other online shops get delivered alot sooner.

I contacted Tumeric and Honey by email requesting an update, they responded with "order will be dispatched asap"

I then contacted them again asking if it's dispatched and received no response.

I created a new thread and emailed them, whilst waiting for a response I called up. The member of staff said it'll be processed tomorrow. I told her that I hadn't been informed they'd be a delay. Had I been informed there would of been a delay. I would never have purchased from this company.

Meanwhile, they had sent an email response stating the order is being processed today.

Very poor customer service.

Very disappointed, I wish I had read the reviews on this site. I'm not hopeful I will receive the product.

IV requested a refund so I can order from elsewhere where.

Update:

I received a call from Turmeric and Honey on Friday. The lady I spoke to apologised and informed me that they did not have the stock at the time and had to basically outsource the product. In addition to this, their response on Trustpilot was an error, it was aimed at another customer rather than me. Turmeric and Honey reassured me they are not scammers and they in fact have a store. They sent out my order which i received today and was told i will be receiving a full refund as a form of courtesy (which i await).

In short, Turmeric and honey have taken feedback on board and will be working on communicating more effectively with customers.

The lady that called me was very polite.
