Tracking facility useless. Said 6 parcels out for delivery, waited in all day, no show, then when I checked again it had reverted to waiting to be loaded. Tracker showed had been loaded then taken back to depot. Then 3 days later reloaded for delivery, however only 5 parcels so one had been lost by Tuffnells. Supplier tried to get response from tuffnells but nothing so they had to resend. What should have been 2 days actually took over a week before fulfilling delivery.

never got parcel i ordered was marked as delivered on website as delivered signed for by someone called farmer which is not me shockingly bad customer service refused to talk to me as i was receiving not sender

Absolutely brilliant service, I'm a pensioner and the items delivered were heavy, most helpful and polite and asked if I'd like the large boxes brought in, he did this with a smile and nothing was too much trouble, what a great service and would definitely recommend.

Package delivered exactly on time and left where I requested. Box not damaged at all and in perfect condition.

No time slot given so have to be prepared to wait in all day, luckily our delivery came quite early but would be better if they could give a rough idea even just AM or PM …. On the plus side the driver was friendly

Very poor service from this company. I received a message to say that a delivery was made and that I had signed for it. But nothing received. An hour later I was visited by someone from a number of houses down the lane to advise that they had received a note through their door advising the delivery had been left agaist the front wall of their neighbour. I then had to collect two items weighing 53kg from and move them 100yds.

Didn't deliver my parcel. Had an email saying delivered and had received nothing! Tried calling and emailing nothing. Terrible service
Have raised this with swift blinds who are investigating bit still no items received.

Delivered to the wrong address. I had to collect it.

I ordered something through The Range, and it was delivered by this company.

Half of the blame does go to The Range also, after not packing the items correctly. As sending 2 of the shelves out in a bag is a bit dodgy.
But, I would expect the parcels not to be thrown about, what is the only thing I can think of from the damage that was on the shelves.
The box wasn't exactly heavy, so it wasn't a matter of weight that would've caused the damage.

But all of the shelves got damaged on one corner, of every shelf, suggesting they've been dropped on that corner more than once instead of placed down properly.
Again, this is also The Range fault for not providing padding for shipping, but a little more care whilst handling them would've went a long way!

Terrible!! The lady in the customer service team clearly didn't haven't a clue about how to perform her job. Really rude, and found out my package hadn't even been put out for delivery despite being told that it would be. DONT choose these cowboys as your courier of choice.

livery earlier than expected which was good as I was waiting for the goods. Driver polite and put the goods where I needed the. Very reliable

Ordered another batch of terracotta recycled rubber edging this batch had a spike spoke to customer service and they sent a replacement the same day thank you greenfingers and express delivery

A company called Laura James used Tufnells to deliver our package and I can't count how many times we asked them not to use them.

They got the delivery date wrong twice and when they did deliver they dropped off the complete wrong order.

They delivery driver was rude, incompetent and miserable from the second I opened the door for him to collect our order.

Emails from the company to update us as to when the goods had been picked up. Driver called in advance to let us know that we could expect him at a specific time, and was very pleasant.
Couldn't ask for a better service.

Great delivery, with a friendly driver, but there is no option to track, or being given even a 4 hour slot. A delivery window from 06.30 until the evening is ridiculous. I would be disinclined to purchase again if Tuffnells was the carrier. It would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Delivery was finally made with package in satisfactory condition but:
- tracking website gives no estimate of delivery timing
- website showed package had been delivered when it hadn’t. It arrived 3 hours after saying it had been delivered, this of course raised concerns for an expensive purchase
- website has no contact details to raise queries

Ordered a bed with a set delivery date. Only delivered one of the boxes, with no idea when the next one will be delivered. The tracking process is an absolute joke, no contact to tell you what day to expect your delivery, no way photo proof of where an item has been delivered. I honestly don't understand why companies would use such an incompetent service

Ist delivery was left outside forged Signature and was damaged 2nd delivery forged Signature and no parcel!! These people are crooks. Had to give 1 star to leave a review but wouldn't even give them that. Avoid at all costs
