This company was used to deliver an item I had bought. Only had a text message to say item had been delivered even though it hadn’t been. No way of contacting them to find out where it has been left. Company I bought from has told me that they cannot tell me where item is as Tuffnells don’t use GPS to track deliveries!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to be out of pocket!!!

Hopeless, tracking does not work, nobody replying to emails or contact forms.
If your supplier uses this carrier, then either collect yourself or find a different supplier

No contact details and the tracking does not recognise the email address.
The email saying delivery is for tomorrow when no-one in. No way to contact anyone to rearrange. Apparently they have been taken over by shift but their website is tye same no contact details except Facebook which directs to a chat bot on their website which basically says tuff luck. Terrible service or lack of. Now I have no idea what will happen.

I ordered a scaffold tower and was required to check the items to ensure no discrepancies or damage and refuse delivery should that be an issue. I waited in all day and was present to accept delivery. The driver knocked my door but had left before I had a chance to check as above. This caused me some anxiety which could have been avoided. I also considered the delivery window between 8am and 6pm without the means of tracking a hassle. It would be better to have means to track also driver contacting when near delivery time. However my items were delivered damage free.

Can Tuffnells please put a contact number to call to find out if we are having a pickup? No driver has turned up and we can not even find out why or if we are getting a pick up tomorrow!!

I received a text message from Shift yesterday saying my parcel is with Trufnells and will be in touch , my delivery was dues yesterday as I paid £40 for next day delivery, there’s nobody to contact even Victoria Plumbing will not let me speak to anyone or won’t even do live chat I’m disgusted
Update the customer service man Alexander emailed me back today and said my order would arrive tomorrow so I’m grateful that someone got back to me, my issue is now with Victoria Plumbing so I can upgrade the stars to 3 just because there’s no phone number for the courier service or live chat just want to update I received my tiles at 7pm last night so will update my stars to 4 now

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they charged us a ridiculous amount of money but didn't update the delivery within two days. not worth it.

WHY on earth for the love of god do you leave all my deliveries at someone elses house when the road outside my house is very clearly marked and address is correct on the parcels. Then to rub salt in you leave them on doorstep in all weathers for any passing tealeaf and fake a signature as no one is in.
This is the 5th time this year what the hell is wrong with your driver its no longer funny every other courier can find my house why cant you BUCK YOUR IDEAS UP PLEASE!!

I've paid extra for express delivery and been home whole day and get off from work for it and not coming while they give date 27 September and time 8 to 18 really unhappy with your service.

The delivery was left outside the property without handover and then the courier faked the signature that the item was handed over.

i got a text saying my item was delivered to my address,but there was no sign of the item or where it was delivered to,i went to their website but the e mail address and the phone numbers do not exist,i went up to their depot in aberdeen but it was closed down,so do not know where my item is,no note through the door either,i got the text from a company names shift,tuffnells whoever they are,never heard of them before

My parcel wasn't delivered but strangely enough the driver pulls up outside the house and then drives off. I love in Birmingham b19 and its unreal to know companies have theses incompetent driver's who clearly retarted. Had to cancel order eventually to put myself out of stress it's was a shower tray.

No problem anywhere along the period from order to delivery.

Driver of limited ability who could only grunt at me, was unable to handle the package and expected me to cart the (heavy) item onto my property. it was two, large, perspex sheets and he dropped it onto the pointed edge of a coping stone. When I pointed this out he grunted and said 'cardboard'.

Following the weak response I smell a large amount of buck-passing: particularly as I asked Plastic Sheets who the courier was! The numbers were Shipment #1600032147 for Order #1600011356 and the courier was quite emphatically TUFNELLS

I have 2 parcels £2200.00 with this company booked on 09/06/2023 they’re collapsed administration and until now I haven’t seen anything coming yet. No phone number, no email, no website available to contact.
What they’re done like robbery scene, They announced their collapse in just a few hours and someone bought the company. So the new owner is the warehouse system manager or who? What happens to customers like me?
by this form of trading they have linked to rob a large amount of money.
Anyway new management system very bad. Hopefully Tuffnells will be gone forever.
Avoid this company before you get expensive lesson.

Ignore this review apparently not delivered by Tuffnels. Although the link from the company led to this. Anyway. Ignore. Delivery was via DX Delivery. Not sure if this is Tuffnells or subbed out. Anyway scaffolding arrived at the depot next day as promised. Then delivery was allegedly attempted 3 times but couldn’t get access? If you believe that I’d like to sell you a bridge I own in London. Turned up next day.

I had a very different experience with Tuffnells this time, compared with what I had previously with them. They notified me of the delivery and then a friendly delivery driver make my delivery. He was very talkative and I was so impressed as he even took my item into my hall for me when I asked.

Quick, efficient and easy delivery, by a lovely guy with a smile on his face. Took the parcel to where I needed it.

Terrible company they charge you for a redelivery priced on the initial price you paid for the item. My experience with them was to Interparcel who are also I don’t care company so just be aware I sent something for £25 they had to re-delivery which is out of my power and they charge you another £25 pounds

Very quick service as promised. Delivered on time and as requested. Driver very courteous.
