This company is scam. I will suggest to all truckers stay away from this comapny. Worst comapny in this business. No dealership,shop,mechanic is willing to work with TruNorth. Don't waste ur hard earned money to getting TruNorth warrenties. I paid them for the term of 48 months, but at the time of claim they even don't cosider any proper document. Truckers keep that money in ur bank for rainny days don't even cosider TruNorth.

The worst review i can give after market warranty! They look for any outlet to find to void paying any covered conponets! I waited for repairs to be finished at kenworth shop in KC mo got everything approved and work completed 0400 in the morning i needed to get going i went ahead and paid the shop now they are declining to reimburse me ! Better Business bureau is going to address the situation

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!
I have an exhaust manifold leak. under section A the exhaust manifold is covered. But according to Fernando Vega is not covered at all under section K.. Paccar build the Manifold in three section with slip joints in between each joining section. The slip joint burned out and caused the leak. They say it's not covered.. We will see when I go to a lawyer with evidence stating different. TruNorth doesn't care about people at all. all they want is the money just like Life Insurance. TOTAL SCAM

DO NOT GET THIS WORTHLESS PIECE OF PAPER!!! You pay up front for the warranty and no refunds unless truck is totaled!! First the turbos that should have been covered were denied because shop didn’t meet deadline ( that was during that major snowstorm 2 yrs ago) left us with a $13,000 bill. Now sticking us with another repair for heads because damage caused by oring injectors which is not a covered part. We’ve done our pms and jumped through hoops to be in compliance but they never cover anything. THIS IS A TOTAL WASTE OF SEVERAL THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. never had this trouble with our previous warranty company that truenorth bought out.

This company is a scam do not I repeat do not deal with them take your business to someone else they take your money then give you every excuse not to fix your truck so 5 thousand dollars down the drain that money I could've saved and repair my own truck which I'm doing now worst company ever

They are a joke stealing and won't cover a dam thing and they have false information on their website

I would hope a good law firm would look into this company because they are criminals. There plan on paper looks to good to be true well it was save your money drivers this company does not pay out.

All the reviews regarding this company being a SCAM is absolutely true. I wish I would have read up on this company before purchasing a warranty. They find ANY and EVERY excuse to deny a claim. Just worthless. I spent 6k and they didn’t even want to approve a 300 dollar part. Just plain out garbage. No wonder many dealers and mechanics are now starting to talk about how they cheat people

Buyer beware they are horrible and look for reason to deny claims that are clearly in the contract. Won’t be long before they are in a class action lawsuit

Don’t wast ur money with true north. They were good a year ago but that time they took a week to clear ur clam but now they don’t pay any clam. Even before buy there warranty take to repair shop guys they will suggest u best think. 90% shops don’t deal with them, because they wast there time. They reject 3 claims on my warranty. Every time they took all information wast a week & in the reply they reject claim. So before buy there warranty talk to local repair shop don’t talk to any dealer. Finally I wanna say don’t wast ur money.

Scam company don’t buy extended warranty from them you waist your money they not give easy claim I just got experience them I have genuine claim but they denied asking so many things big scam this company in North America

Waste of money, please don't buy this warranty. Everything submitted that was actually listed to be covered denied. This is nothing but a huge scam. They are not in the business of spending money to fix anything. They are in the business of taking your money and selling you a dream.

This company should not be allowed to be in business. My truck was in the shop my mechanic went above and beyond his job to get them a cummins insite report which they requested in order to start a claim sent them all the necessary information needed yet the prolonged the process and denied the claim. If all this information is needed you should have your own judicator to come out and do they're job instead of having someone else do your job for you. Please stay away from this company and don't waste your money to purchase a warranty they will do anything in they're power to avoid paying a claim. They deserve a 0 star rating.

SCAM SCAM SCAM ,this is totally scam. I am wondering how they have 3.4 stars its all fake. they always ask for vin no. and claim no. in every review reply. so my truck VIN NO. GN929749 and CLAIM NO. T-929749. I brought this warranty last year never used after that. 2 weeks ago I had problem with truck starting no check engine sign nothing, didn't even drive after that. towed to mechanic. I would like to mention that my mechanic is certified from volvo. they opened up my truck found something wrong with rockers and no. 2 cylinder sheet. they got part estimates and send it to tru north. then tru north asked me for maintenance records i provide them right way. i always take good care of my truck thats why i brought this warranty after comapny warranty expires. within 1 hour they declined my claim. they didn't checked anything its totally scam they don't want to give money. they found baseless excuses they said in my truck bolt backed out which cause all this. but mechanic talk to them and send them email too that it's not caused by any bolt. but after that tru north manager Don't want to listen they Don't reply to my and my mechanic emails. I told them if u guys don't trust me send your mechanic.
PEOPLE DON'T BUY THIS WARRANTY.
ITS ALL SCAM.

Biggest Scam Business. Don’t waste your time and money with this company. I had problem with my truck twice and they never covered anything, basically they steal your money and never pay. This warranty doesn’t cover at all.
