This company straight up STOLE FROM ME and I don’t care how they try to spin it because taking someone’s money and not delivering what they paid for is theft, plain and simple, and I have NEVER in my life dealt with a business this dishonest, lazy, and shameless. I ordered FOUR 2-DVD sets, paid in full, trusted their process, and what I got in return was absolute trash — ONLY ONE DVD HAD A VIDEO ON IT and the second disc in each set was completely blank, empty, worthless, and useless, meaning I paid for eight DVDs and only received four that actually worked, yet somehow they think that’s acceptable and not their problem. That is stealing. I did not receive what I paid for, and instead of fixing THEIR mistake, they had the nerve to tell me it was MY responsibility to make sure the DVDs were burned correctly, which is one of the most insulting, ridiculous excuses I’ve ever heard from any company. I’m the customer, not their employee, not their production team, not their quality control, and not the person operating their machines, and expecting a customer to magically know their DVDs would be shipped blank is beyond stupid. The project was APPROVED before anyone could even order it, so clearly someone signed off on this mess, but when I asked for a refund or replacement like any normal person would, they immediately went into blame mode and tried to gaslight me into thinking I was at fault for their failure. When I pointed out that most companies actually CHECK what they ship before sending it out, they openly admitted they don’t check anything at all and will ship DVDs whether the video is there or not, which is absolutely insane and proves they don’t care what you receive as long as your money clears. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this company operates. Once they have your money, you don’t matter. Period. Since I refuse to be robbed quietly, I disputed the charges with my bank, because I’m not paying for blank discs, and instead of trying to resolve the issue like a legitimate business, they became rude, hostile, nasty, and disrespectful in their emails, acting like I was trying to scam THEM when in reality THEY were the ones who took my money and didn’t deliver the product. No refund. No replacement. No reshipment. No apology. Nothing. Just excuses, attitude, and blame-shifting. This company has no integrity, no accountability, and no problem stealing from hard-working people and hoping they won’t fight back. I don’t write bad reviews lightly, but this wasn’t a small mistake — this was money taken for a product that was never properly delivered, and that is theft no matter how they try to justify it. If you’re thinking about using this company, understand this clearly: if anything goes wrong, you are screwed. They will keep your money, send you broken or incomplete junk, and then treat you like garbage when you complain. I regret ever trusting this company, and I’m writing this so other people don’t get robbed the same way I did. Save yourself the anger, the stress, the wasted time, and the stolen money, and take your business literally anywhere else. I think you will have better customer service at the local bodega in the ghetto I tried geting a full refund from the company but they refused to Refund me for all my orders I had to dispute all of the charges with my banks due to there negligence please if you are Trying to burn dvd don’t used there website they are glad to take your money but when the product doesn’t come how you expect they have a problem giveing your money back ! They are a scam company and they don’t care about there customer only them self when I emailed customer service the guy who I spoke with was so nasty and rude and disrespectful hopefully my bank will see that they are in the wrong! I have been ordering 4-disk DVD sets since 07/2024. For the most part, I have been VERY pleased with the overall quality of the sets and the price. Both the case, the internal artwork and the disk labels are very attractive, professional looking and of excellent quality
Production and shipping time are excellent, as is their do-it-yourself system of customer handing of artwork and disk ISO files. I would give them a 5 Star except for ONE problem. A number of disks that I have received have had some type of sticky residue on the playing surface, making that part of the disk unplayable. I have been able to satisfactorily clean THAT with a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol. HOWEVER, other disks have had a permanent mar or surface damage, making that part of the disk permanently unplayable.
The sets mentioned above were ones that were sent to me, I examined them, and forwarded them to the customer. MUCH more unfortunate, however, are the sets that are shipped directly to the customer. I recently had a set sent to Denmark, where 2 of the 4 disks were unplayable. I had to refund their money.
NOW for my REAL complaint. ****** I have sent Trepstar two emails and a phone call (picked up by voice mail, of course) over the course of the last month, inquiring as to whether or not this problem is "business as usual". I have NOT had the courtesy of ANY response to either. Is THIS their idea of "customer service" ????

After unsuccessfully trying to reach the company today (12/3/25) at their alternate email of
[ a1tech.com ], I placed another phone call. This was promptly returned by Patrick Trepanier (who informed me that he was the founder of the company). We had a long conversation, during the course of which it was verified that emails coming from me were NOT being received by the company. He also offered to credit my account for the cost of the last defective shipment to Denmark. It was a pleasant, helpful and productive conversation - and Patrick himself was very apologetic, concerned, helpful and responsive concerning the issue which I had presented. Thank you VERY much Patrick !!

Trepstar is Top Notch for Dvds! I love the fact that they are reasonable and competitive with others. They do a quick turnaround, ship to my customers and provide me with a tracking # which is awesome. I wish they would offer Blu-Ray, just putting that on the wishlist. :-)

In a world where nobody answers the phone, nobody but a bot replies obtusely to an email, and customer-service is an anachronism; Trepstar stands apart. They do what they say they'll do. They don't mysteriously overcharge your account. They respond immediately to any correspondence. And, they provide a great service. They are US based and run their business like your neighbor down the street. They are great and I'm lucky I stumbled across them. I have used several of the well known music distribution platforms over the past 12 years for both digital and physical distribution and recently switched to Trepstar for my physical CD fulfillment. I have been highly impressed with the level of service. The turnaround time is excellent and with a very favorable price. Customer service is excellent too with a very quick response to queries. I was forced to find a new physical CD distributor when CD Baby ceased to offer this service, I tried Artglider for a couple of months but was not fully satisfied with their turnaround times and response times to queries. Trepstar have ticked every box for me, I am a very happy Trepstar customer.

The website is extremely easy to use load up your design load up your media files then in about a day your project is ready for order for any independent band / record label they will save you money you don’t have to pay for the service it is free to join and free to use , print by demand no inventory needed and wholesale price for bulk orders . Just received my DVD order from Trepstar! Everything was perfect!
Being a 1st time customer I had a lot of questions! Especially about the on screen quality I wanted. I had some misunderstandings about this. We had a lengthy discussion, discussed art work and got an order started. They walked me thru every step! And answered my questions. I paid for expedited DVD Burn and shipping and they met my timing! I highly recommend Trepstar for your DVD, art & packaging needs!
