I REORDERED 2 MORE TUBES BUT ECZEMA HAD COVERED MY WHOLE BODY BEFORE THE OTHER TWO TUBES CAME IN. I USED THE TWO TUBES FOR 2 AND 1/2 DAYS, BUT DID NOT HELP THIS TIME.I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REIMBURSEMENT THEY SAID THEY COULD COVER ONE TUBE. I SAID THAT NOT WHAT WAS SAID IT SAID ON WEB PAGE. OF COURSE THEY DID NOT COVER BUT ONE TUBE EVEN WHEN I SENT A COPY OF THE STATEMENT THAT SHOW WHAT THEY INSURED. HERE IS WHAT IT SAYS ON PAYMENT PAGE
