Better jewelers out there plus they overpriced on the watches which I went in there for.. old models sell at new model prices so do visit other jewelers before going if you don't believe me.

I had the pleasure of doing business with representative Nasir. He guided me through the purchasing process, found the piece I wanted. Made the customizations that I wanted and made sure the order was sent on time.
Through the entire process the contact was easy without any hassle. Highly recommended!

If everything goes alright i guess you be okay with TraxNYC but if something does go wrong god help you, cuz u got big headache coming your way trying to solve it. My case was simply that they got my order wrong even though the girl assistant stephanie assured me that everything will be fine, so thankfully i screenshot that statement as a proof because i live in UK so shipping back and forth from US would have been such a hassel. And my fear came to reality, when i received my chain it was yellow gold when specifically told them i wanted white gold. But anyway i understand mistakes does happen, especially when its a big team so i told stephanie about the wrong order and she told me they are happy to exchange it and for all the trouble they will credit me $100 which is about £70 in UK. But the big issue was i had paid £240 in duty fees on top of the chain price to receive the item from customs so that was the problem for me but ofc they didn’t care. So I just asked her to assure me that when they send the new chain, make sure to pay duty fees this time for me because i am not paying £240 twice which they were happy about. So long story short, to get the correct return label that was another story, it was such a long hassel and then after they confirmed they received the chain back they took forever to post the new chain and till this date they have not, they keep on saying be paitence. I have been patience for exactly 1 month yesterday so finally i lost my patience hence i told them to refund me my amount, i don’t want $100, i don’t want nothing more, nothing less simply what i paid for. After all these useless hassel stephanie told me i have to wait another 9 days to receive the refund amount so currently i am waiting for my money back. The just don’t undertstand the fact that why any customers should go through all these problems just for bringing the business to them, esp when it was sellers fault and which is why i am in this place right now, fighting useless arguement just to get my point through. All she says is Be patience, when if you think about i simply borrowed them the money to keep for one month whereas i did not receive anything in return, not a chain, not a compensation, just lost £240 on duty fees and ofcourse time. Useless customer service. I am so close to go to my bank with all the evidences for chargeback claim but i will wait for lil bit longer.

Trax is a great man with an amazing business in the diamond district, really great staff and layout, will do anything to get the customer what they want.

i bought 2 gold pieces from them and spent over $6k. my cross and chain appraised over that amount so i know i got a good value. service was excellent. the pieces were custom made and delivered by the date set. all around solid experience

My experience has always been good with this company I dont have anything bad to say because the jewelry is GradeA and my box chain is shinning!!!

I have had the worst experience. I used to be a great fan but they practice very deceiving sales techniques. They advertise bracelets for 500 and then blame the price of gold on $250 increases in a week very bad business practices.

Had an amazing experience with Trax NYC with a representative named Christopher. He was absolutely amazing. Made me feel comfortable and welcome. Knowledgeable, very kind, respectful, and very helpful. He also makes sure how important every customer is to Trax NYC and treats them as family. That's the kind of people you want running a business. I highly recommend them! I strongly recommend doing business with Christopher at Trax NYC.

Ive bought from trax 3 times now and 2 out of those 3 times traxnyc has either not Hallmarked my jewelry at all or did it but its not legible. For example I got a big silver ring and it wasn't even like there sample photos the back was hollow on the ring ! Where as the sample photo was not hollow. As well my big silver ring had not stamps on it, didn't say trax didn't say 925 or anything. Fast forward, I get a smaller silver ring for my girlfriend and this ring looks like the sample photo, this time it came with no gia certificate as well as most importantly the 925 Hallmark is hardly a 92 and I can barely read that. This is not top quality go to jacoje or Hawaiianropechain. Ive personally never shopped there but it must be better than this. I do not recommend trax for the price point. And they ship with FedEx who I absolutely loath and they require a signature and you cant edit delivery options and FedEx typical estimate delivery is "by end of day" I cant stay home all day im and adult.

I recently purchased diamond earrings as a holiday gift and was definitely cutting it close before heading out of town. Thankfully, I got in touch with Ciara, who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. She really took the situation personally and made sure everything was handled in time. I called a few times to check on the status, and she was always clear, responsive, and proactive, even going as far as upgrading my shipping to overnight to make sure the earrings arrived before I left.

It’s not easy to find a company as large as TraxNYC that still delivers that kind of personal, small business level customer service, especially while offering high quality jewelry. This experience definitely stood out.

False advertising a product. When I actually bought the item 6723 for $604.95 after tax (Nov172025) they waited a whole month to tell me they’re not shipping and refusing to honor the deal and told me someone put there wrong price online-now($3000) How is that my fault? You should honor the deal you put online. It was only when someone bought it you changed the price and tried to get me to pay more. Still waiting on a refund. Xmas messed up thanks a lot WackNYC horrible business

Let me start by saying that I have been a fan and follower of TraxNYC for 10+ years. Naturally I was drawn to the sales position after seeing the posting on Indeed. After I received the offer to enter a trial period, I graciously accepted. After being with the company for 3 weeks I made over 85k in sales to only be paid out 1,900$… I was the only one to arrive early for my shift and always stayed extra hours to learn the business and go above and beyond for the company. Within my first few days I realized that the owner is not as genuine as he portrays himself to be. He is always heard calling his staff retards while mocking them constantly to their faces. Major red flag from the start. Due to this I kept my employment options open. Upon the end of my trial period after exceeding the sales goals I was denied full employment with feedback that“I talk too much”… not based on work ethic which I found highly comical for being a sales role. Another red flag. It is my opinion that this company brings in new reps daily to fill seats and get sales only to be let go and denied their commissions before they are delivered. For a famous company that has millions of followers and sells millions of dollars of jewelry monthly, I found this to be truly shocking and disturbing. Being a sales professional and managing several teams for many years I have seen unethical business practices however I didn’t expect this from TraX. This experience brought me to the realization that the owner truly doesn’t care about his employees in the slightest. It’s goes without saying what he thinks of his followers and clients. For someone who claims to be woke by shedding light on bad business practices he really has some growing to do. Don’t let the fame fool you, he is not as genuine as he portrays himself to be. It seems he has lost his way somewhere in the process. There are plenty of other jewelers to choose from when coming to NYC, I personally would suggest finding one that has a higher regard for your time and hard earned dollars.

I bought three products with 2 being custom pieces...for now that is all i will say and see where this get me with my "concerns"...than I will complete my review as needed
