Over priced flights
Over priced flights, they added their own comission on top of actual flight costs, in need of changing flights they also add their own admin costs. Irrespective if the costs if the new flights are hundreds of pounds cheaper.
The attitude of staff is very condicending. And they dont listen to what you explain to them over the phone. They then continue to tell you the very information you already stated you knew before they talk and blab all over you.
Original flight costs for my booking was £520. Cannot make these flights now. They want to charge £246 for flight changes totalling £746. even tho the cost of the new flights are £285 if i were to book them completely seperately.
I think this is absolutely disgusting. I will never use this company again in future.

As a travel agent, we book flights using live fares provided by the airline or our suppliers. Flight prices are dynamic and can change at any time based on availability and fare rules, which is why the cost of changing a booking may differ from the price of purchasing a new flight separately.
When changes are made to an existing booking, any applicable fare difference, airline change fees, and administration fees are applied in line with the booking terms and conditions. These charges are not based solely on the current advertised price of a new booking.

Easy to book by phone
When booking our holiday I spoke to travel consultant-
Mr Paul Warrington, and found him to be most helpful kind and patient. The process of booking our holiday by phone was easy and personable. I like to talk to a real person when making decisions about huge events.

Been calling for days been in hold for…
Been calling for days been in hold for hours each day. Request call back and either dont get them or it rings once and goes off. Got through the other day. Picked our holiday but had difficulty booking was given a number and told to call back in the morning as it was about to close and I would get straight through. Done that and was in hold for hours again. Requested a call back. Got a call back to be told they would get the adviser who was booking the holiday to call me back by 4 o'clock yesterday. Waited and no call so again called numerous times to be left in hold with no answer called 2 differenr numbers including the direct number and nothing. We had picked a holiday for a luxury 3 bed caravan for around £590 for monday to Friday in tattersall lakes for our disabled 4 year old boy the rest of our family have already booked with the complex directly but because we have a voucher we have to go through inspire. The amount of stress this has caused the last few days has been appalling because if we cant book for when theyre going we have no way if going.
Edit, we got through finally and the price changed even though it was the same when I had called to book in the morning when they said they would have to call me back. I pointed out I shouldn't be paying extra because they failed to call back like agreed and wouldnt book whilst I was in that call because it had to be the origional operative and they said nothing they can do other than decrease the caravan size which isnt an option as our son needs a room for his medical equipment so no choice other tham to pay extra for not receiving a call back like agreed.
Just an edit to your reply, I didnt miss a call back they didnt attempt to call me when arranged resulting in me paying extra for the holiday.

Does anyone answer the phone?? My partner has been waiting for a call back for nearly 3 hours - I have been waiting on hold for 2. We have found the perfect holiday cottage and want to use inspire vouchers to pay for it and we will probably loose the cottage we have on hold now.

Struggled to find what I was looking for on the website. I phoned and spoke to Julie who was extremely helpful and got the trip I wanted booked. She explained the process of using the family fund voucher and even got us an extra nights stay at no extra cost, legend!

Extremely helpful
Extremely helpful . I'd already got an idea of where we wanted and what we needed to make our holiday accessible and perfect but Julie went above and beyond by alerting me to a much superior accomadation situated in an even better place for us. It removed all the stress and angst and was booked within minutes. So pleased .

Dont answer the phone and overcharge for services.
I have several issues with this company. Firstly, they insist on booking via their phone number that nobody answers. Each time i've attempted to call I've waited 30+ mins for an agent to either give up or be told nobody is avialable.
When I did FINALLY speak with someone to book an activity, their markup was almost laughable. I appreciate resellers add a margin but more than doubling the price is not acceptable.
I don't plan on using their services and suggest others to avoid. Book directly on vendors such as Viator for a superior experience and price.
