Worst customer service experience ever
Worst customer service experience ever. I got charged for a premium account without ever receiving a prompt to let me know I was signing up for a paid account. After the first charge I called to get the account cancelled, which they obliged and said I should se the refund in 3-5 business days. A month later, with no refund, I receive another charge. After calling in and being redirected to a half-dozen different departments, I was FINALLY able to get the account deactivated, and they said the refund would be processed in 3-5 business days. A week later, after still not seeing either refund, I spent 2 hrs being transferred from department to department, only to be told that because the account was now deactivated they couldn't process anything with it, and I needed to email their fulfillment center. And of course, i got the same run around from them. A truly terrible experience, I will never use them again and advise anyone against doing so.
incompetent service
This department is absolutely difunctional. I wanted to print a credit report to check my credit score. I spent 2 hours on the phone with people from India who had no clue what they did. All emails that have been sent to me were delayed as they were coming from India. I tried to enter computer generated codes but not knowing that I will need to enter the code twice and each time it will be a different number. To my disbelief the 2nd. code arrived 8 minutes later. I did not know that this was taking so much time and meanwhile my access to the account had been locked. It is very frustrating. I am still willing to try one more time and see if I have any chance. They should be shut down for their incompetency and errors created on people's profile.
Absolutely horrible service
Absolutely horrible service. We have a subscription with them at our office but they consistently do not response when we need updates to the account but are on the ball for asking for payments. HM. They want us to pay but they don't provide proper service. I'm not even asking for a reply within 24 hours. Heck even give me 48 hours, that's fine but they will reply only after several attempts to contact them and at a months time. Horrible service. I can't believe they're traded publicly.
Incorrect information on my report
I noticed that my credit card account was listed as closed on my credit report; I disputed this, telling them it was an active, open account. Their response was to delete the credit card entirely! My credit score dropped significantly because of this, and since the card no longer appears on my report, I can't even dispute it again! Customer service refused to rectify the situation, very unhelpful.

They charged my credit card $28 and locked my account. I can't access it to get the credit report nor obtain a copy of it .I called the customer service and found my account and sent me a new temporary code which I used and then the account was locked again after using the code. It is so frustrating because I have been trying to get the report for two days without any luck. Now, I don't even know how to cancel it as I don't want them to charge my credit card.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service! I was shocked that a company managing the credit process is so unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. The person I spoke to could not answer my questions and would respond with answers that had nothing to do with my questions. The person did not listen to what I was saying; it was like talking to a bot. The second time I called, the person had a slight attitude as I was asking for clarification, and he kept responding, saying his message was clear as if he didn't want to put in the effort to explain further.
I also tried to create a dispute on their website; it took me an hour, and they wouldn't let me submit it. I used the online chat, and the person said they could not help me and that I had to call. When I called, the person had no information and didn't understand what had happened. I had to explain the situation three times, but I don't think he was listening. Overall, this company has been horrendous to deal with. If this is the common way they deal with consumers, it might be wise to improve their processes and procedures to be more professional, supportive and helpful, especially for something so important as a credit score. I would consider this a very poor effort to help the consumer and negligence as a business with a duty to help people with their credit score.

I even didn't complete my registration because of the error "Online Identity Verification System Temporarily Unavailable", but was immediately charged by 28 CAD! I was not going to pay for any reports, just wanted to explore this platform! Now I even cannot remove my credit cart from the platform!!!

Good experience with customer service today. I needed an error correction on my credit report. The agent made the correction quickly and was very helpful. Short wait on the phone call. So different from my poor experience with Experian.

Credit score dropped after fraud and they have no clue how to bring it back. Even Desjardins tried many times to contact them to fix it. Equifax keeps much better score (my score is excellent there and poor at Transunion, with the same monitored credits ) and is more reliable. Sucks that banks work with this incompetent company.
Irresponsible and immoral business
I am a victim of identity theft and my Transunion credit score dropped from 800+ to 650 because of a fraudulent account opened in my name. Transunion told me that despite I dont have any responsibility with this issue, my credit score will remain 650 for 7 years! So now I wonder how reliable their credit reports are, they provide wrong information to banks and institutions day after day!

Website does not work and charged me after I cancelled. Their website wasn't working so I had to call to have my subscription cancelled. The person on the phone said I was good to go and that I should get a refund since I had cancelled within the same day. Never got the refund. The next month they charged me again for the subscription.

Every customer service representative keeps wanting to direct you to this garbage that doesn't display any information. I didn't even want an account but the person on the phone refused to just place a credit alert attached to my SIN and said "make an account on the website". Next thing I know I'm stuck for 2 days trying to troubleshoot that trash and in the process lo and behold, they are able to put a credit alert without you making an account, just like Equifax did in one 5 minute call.
Just use Equifax.
Terrible company in charge of Credit Scores
Be careful when dealing with this scam company. When you look at your credit score via your credit card do not join because there is a charge not mentioned. The website is terrible. The customer service is terrible. you can't hear them on the phone and you are talking to another country not Canada.

Transunion is the legitimate credit beurau. It must be a joke. It's unbelievable that people can actually trust this credit beurau because they obviously don't know what they are doing.
I am currently having 2 open revolving bank accounts and these accounts I have had for almost 7 years and never missed payments. But on my credit score report I have 0 bank accounts.
I have made more than 10 phone calls to figure out why they dont have my banking accounts on their system and my credit profile. Nobody was able to explain why. Omg you have only 1 job.

Do not pay for the monthly subscription, canceling is a difficult process, use credit karma it's free and just as accurate.
Also SIN card information is required over the phone and shared with a third party in India. Likely your information will be compromised or scammed.
