Malgré les conditions difficiles, la distance et le mauvais temps, notre déménagement s'est bien déroulé.
Il y a eu très peu de dégâts et une petite indemnité nous a été versée pour les quelques objets cassés.
Nous n'avons donc rien à redire sur cette entreprise, surtout après que M. Bruno Fernandes se soit occupé de notre dossier.

Lors du ramassage de nos affaires à Setubal, nous avons rencontré pas mal de problèmes. Apparemment, l'entreprise comptait alors dans ses rangs des employés qui faisaient beaucoup de promesses qu'ils ne pouvaient pas tenir. Puis les fêtes de fin d'année sont arrivées et bon nombre d'employés se sont déclarés malades.
Un autre responsable (Bruno Fernandes) a alors pris le relais, il a bien suivi les choses et nous a tenus informés en permanence de l'évolution de la situation.
Les conditions hivernales ont ensuite causé des retards supplémentaires. Finalement, après 20 jours, tout a été livré par deux chauffeurs extrêmement aimables et serviables qui ont fait du très bon travail.

Quando pedem um orçamento nunca é referido o acréscimo de IVA, no entanto, para reservar a entrega e se quer receber as suas coisas é obrigado a pagar o que vai acima do orçamentado.
Relativamente a equipas, pelo William e Maxime (pessoal que recolheu em França) eu dava 5*. Rápidos, super simpáticos, super atenciosos, profissionais e cuidadosos. Pessoas incríveis.
A equipa que veio para entregar muito simpáticos, porém menos cuidadosos. Algumas coisas partidas (caixas plásticas, uma caixa com copos).
Recolha dia 19/12; entrega 29/12
Espero que no escritório melhorem a transparência.

Very unprofessional communication, they didn't even show up for the virtual visit... Mistakes on their side for invoicing, very late delivery of belongings because of terrible management, damaged items upon arrival and a missing item which, to this day, two months later, they haven't delivered.
I don't even know how this company keeps operating.

Never ever again
Never ever again. A lot of broken stuff and lost boxes. Also they did not install the furniture as we paid for. They left my mom in a total chaos and lots of broken things. Never got a solution or answer for our requests.
Translowcost Portugal : Disaster: Overpriced, Late, and Destructive
I chose Translowcost Portugal for an international move based on a recommendation, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made.
They started by trying to charge me more than double the original quote, claiming my volume estimate was wrong.
On moving day, scheduled for the morning, they only showed up at 7:30 PM, leaving me waiting all day and forcing me to pay for an extra hotel night.
During transport, a lamp and a desk were broken. Instead of taking responsibility, they asked me to prove why the items couldn’t be repaired… The compensation offered was so low it didn’t even cover replacement costs.
In short: delays, overcharging, damages, bad faith, and zero customer service.
⚠️ I strongly advise against using Translowcost for any international moving service.
We took Translowcost to court and got a refund
We took Translowcost to court and won. Our experience with them was terrible—stressful, frustrating, and depressing. We photographed everything before, during, and after the move, and we have clear proof that many of our items were damaged and not wrapped or handled carefully—or at all.
We asked for a refund of the service fees and compensation for the bed, chairs, table, lamps, bowls, plates, and boxes they damaged. Translowcost acknowledged the lack of premium service but only offered us a small amount, which felt like an insult given what we had paid and the damage we could clearly prove.
Only at the second court hearing did they agree to refund us €2,000. It still cost us significant time, energy, and money to reach that point. Translowcost were a nightmare for us—we honestly wish we had never hired them.
If you want a refund from Translowcost then take them to the Small Claims Court. We did, and we got our €2,000 back. While we couldn’t recover compensation for the damaged items (without going to a higher court), getting the service fee refunded made the effort worthwhile.
Moving house is stressful enough—choose your removal company carefully. Go with one that has good, consistent reviews. Good luck with moving!
Worst moving company
Last May, I moved from Brussels to the Algarve, and for someone who has moved frequently, I have never experienced anything like Translowcostportugal. The delivery guys were rude and complaining about the stuff that had to be taken to different floors. They even left a sofa bed in the hallway with plastic and their blanket on it. I got a box with almost all my stuff broken, and I'm still missing two boxes with kitchen stuff and a monitor. My office chair arrived broken and without a wheel, a large clock has the numbers smashed in, and more. I am calling on anyone who has experienced or is still experiencing problems with them to respond to this message. I am preparing to take legal action against them.

Alle gemaakt afspraken zijn niet nagekomen Aflevering ruim 14 dagen te laat Lading overgepakt in andere verhuiswagen, was geen afspraak, Transport zou direct van Portugal naar Duitsland komen.Meer m3 berekend dan was overeengekomen
Meerprijs moet je wel betalen, want ze weigeren anders om je spullen te bezorgen. Na dat we de schade hadden gezien hebben we gereclameerd maar zonder resultaat, gewoon geen reactie. Met name de eigenaresse is zeer onvriendelijk en legt alles bij haar personeel neer. De verhuisers waren wel vriendelijk.

A pior transportadora que já utilizei. O camião que foi pago não veio, apareceu outro sem material de recolha. O GPS não funcionou, o transporte veio com 2 dias de atraso e fui eu que paguei grande parte dos caixotes para a mudança. Esta empresa é uma vergonha

Appauling service. Lack of communication, no agreed timings and when they do they leave you sitting their for a full day. Try to overprice you after they quoted and now have goods. Absolute scammers

Uma transportadora horrível. Nada recomendada. Só no caso de desejarem que a mercadoria chegue completamente danificada, ou mercadoria em falta ou até receber mobiliário de outras pessoas...
Marquei uma mudança para portugal com a translowcost, por me terem oferecido um orçamento em conta. O levantamento do mobiliário no país de origem foi feito atempadamente mas a entrega com 1 semana de atraso.
No dia de entrega chegaram primeiramente pela manhã com a mercadoria de outra pessoa pois o primeiro nome seria o mesmo. Eu disse que as coisa não eram minhas e voltaram pela tarde para entregar os meus pertences... os moveis estavam completamente danificados , como uma mesa de madeira maciça partida ao meio e todos os moveis ficaram riscados, lascados ou partidos. Uma caixa ainda está em falta e descarregaram caixas que não me pertencem. Já informei para virem buscar mas ainda não o fizeram... só será feito quando tiverem tempo."foi-me respondido"
Quanto aos danos, não se responsabilisam por nada.

Ils sont malhonnêtes et ne respectent pas leurs engagements. Ils ont dégradés certains de mes biens et ne m’ont plus jamais répondu pour rembourser les dégâts. Je ne recommande pas, à fuir ! Aucun respect pour leur client
SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY!
I moved from Portugal to Spain on Sept 15th of 2023. They delivered many days later and missing two key tools for my daily job. Today, 20 DAYS LATER, my tools are not here yet! I explained I NEEDED THEM FOR MY DAILY JOB AND THAT THEY WERE MAKING ME LOSE MONEY FOR NOT HAVING IT, they basically didn't care at all, said "they tracked the things, that were delivered to another client in another place of the world, that they would send the assets right away... STILL WAITING!!!
I had to spend €300 to replace one of the tools to stop losing time and money and they neither want to pay for it, telling me that the assets "are on the way"!
SAVE TIME AND MONEY, HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY!! The "Low Cost" ends up being a way higher cost than what you'd spend on any other company!

- Paguei perto de 5000 euros por uma mudança internacional em que me garantiam um transporte exclusivo, mas o qual não se verificou, atrasando a minha entrega no pais de destino. Argumentaram que os funcionários estariam a "ajudar" outros colegas em França. Mas não foram essas as condições acordadas. Se não fosse exclusivo teria sido bem mais barato !!!!!
- No emails que trocamos garatiam seguro de recheiro transportado, o qual NÂO EXISTE!!!
- Danificaram artigos durante o transporte incluindo televisão, mesa e móvel de casa de banho, mas RECUSAM qualquer RESPONSABILIDADE e não querem pagar os artigos danificados!!! INACEITÁVEL
- Quando recarregaram as nossas coisas, um funcionário da empresa disse que as nossas coisas estavam bem embaladas (inclusivé muito melhor do que por eles realizadas) e disse também QUE SE ALGUM ARTIGO FOSSE DANIFICADO NO transporte, a seguradora PAGAVA os danos;
- Foi pedido nome da seguradora e nº da apólice que nunca forneceram (ilegal)
- Péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Inúmeras chamadas sem resposta ou simplesmente enrolam e enganam o cliente dizendo que existe um departamento "interno" que trata das reclamações mas aparentemente, o cliente não pode falar directamente com esse departamento;
- para além disso e altamente GRAVE, ILEGAL E NÃO ÉTICO, os funcionários que realizaram o transporte tinham montado um colçhão em cima das nossas coisas (na parte de trás da carrinha) de modo a que um dormisse enquanto o outro conduzia a carrinha!!!!
