My experience with Tradin has been excellent from start to finish.
One person I would especially like to thank is Ankita Sunil Kumar, who has been my Customer Manager since the beginning. She was always professional, patient, and extremely well-organized in her communication. Every email she sent was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. She took the time to explain the cooling period, payout process, and other important account-related matters, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind throughout my journey.

The spreads are unbelievably high
The spreads are unbelievably high. Even higher than what we see on charts. I opened a long on EURUSD at 1.1621 but it filled on 1.1642. Even the TP was booked much lower than what the price actually was.
Earlier there was a Stop hunt on USDJPY. The SL was not hit on OANDA and FXCM but I don't know what brokers they use that wicked the price to my SL order.
Still giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they were generous enough to let me withdraw whatever amount was left.

I sent the funds exactly where they told me to, TRX network, right address. Blockchain confirmed it hit their wallet. Now they're telling me they never received it. The money is sitting right there on the blockchain for anyone to see. Just be careful before you send this people anything. Capitize is the only platform I've dealt with where the transaction actually match what they report.

Tried KYC 20+ Times, Still Stuck on Blank Page, No Real Solution from Tradin Support
Extremely disappointing support experience with Tradin so far.
I have been trying to complete my KYC verification through KYCAID, but after successfully completing the liveness check, the verification process gets stuck on a blank page and never moves to the document verification step.
I have already tried:
* Multiple browsers
* Different devices
* Clearing cache and cookies
* Mobile browser verification
* Verification through the official Tradin app
The same issue still persists everywhere.
So far, I have attempted the verification process more than 20 times. I also contacted multiple live support agents and even spoke with my relationship manager. Despite providing screenshots and even screen recording proof clearly showing the issue, I kept receiving the same copy-paste responses instead of actual technical support.
What made the experience more frustrating was that support repeatedly kept sending the same KYC link again and again, even though that exact same link was the one already causing the issue from the beginning.
At this point, it genuinely feels like nobody properly investigated the problem. Based on my testing across multiple devices and browsers, this appears to be an issue with the KYCAID verification flow itself.
I expected much better customer support and issue handling from Tradin.
