I’ve just had my bathroom changed from a dark, cold, unwelcoming room to a fabulous modern bathroom with a radiator fitted. Trade bathrooms were very helpful in the planning and John the fitter did an excellent job, small leak afterwards was very quickly dealt with and I love my new bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend Trade Batrooms.

New bathroom fitted last week. Our fitter was excellant. No problems at all. Looks fabulous. My husband is an engineer and could not find fault with anything.. Hoping the firm come soon to remove the old bathroom and boxes as expected. And they came and could not have been more helpful. Kenny was our fitter . Full marks to Kenny .

Showroom experience was great, really helpful, listened to what we wanted and advised accordingly, even advised against some products that weren’t reliable like extractor fans with lights. Had to wait 6 months for fitting due to them being very busy but this wasn’t an issue for us.
Took 6 and a bit days to fit the en suite and it looks fantastic. They built a new wall, tiled the bathroom side and arranged for a plastered to do the bedroom side, all new electrics and the result is stunning. We are so happy and will be going back for our main bathroom and cloakroom later in the year. We had some tiles and adhesive left over and there was no issue with returning these for a full refund. Everyone was really helpful and professional. Definitely recommended

I had an issue with a vanity unit which is exactly the same as in shop display but apparently it's my fault that there's a problem. It was supplied with the wrong sized screws for handles that when fitted damaged the handles, also sink on display is wrong one for that unit but was supplied regardless. When I returned to shop I was patronised and made to feel like it was my fault for buying wrong items, unless you're expert don't bother with them spend your money elsewhere I certainly will.

I’m grateful for this opportunity to comment on this process which has been first class from start to finish. From the showroom staff to the final fit and finish, all the service we have received has been second to none. The showroom displays selection is excellent. If you can’t find it here we’d be very surprised. The service given is individual and bespoke and as customers we could not have been better catered for during this process. Our fitter Ryan and his brother Niall were absolutely brilliant. Their dedication and work ethic was exemplary. Nothing less than perfection is good enough for them. It is not often these days that the final outcome matches your expectations but we can say with certainty that they surpassed even that. 100% committed to doing the job right, worked hard throughout and consulted us to make sure the final details were spot on. I can’t praise them enough. If you can clone them, do it. A credit to Trade Bathrooms. I would without doubt recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of a new bathroom. A local company giving the very best service at customer level and fitting. Many, many thanks.

Excellent choice available - very helpful and quick delivery of a perfect bath in perfect condition.

Just had a bathroom delivered and installed by one of their installers and we are very pleased.
The material arrived on time and there were no problems with any of it and was installed without major problems or disruption.

My husband wanted to alter the bathroom, but wanted the same bath size, so checked on Google.
It was stated on the Tradebathrooms Web Site "Bath is constructed from 5mm Acrylic" - it is actually 3mm.
Made a mistake thinking it was a "Standard Support Legs", it is a Bar Support - no mention on the Web Site regarding a bath frame being required, it was in the instructions supplied with the bath. A frame or substantial support is definitely required - this bath will wobble without it.
The “one out - one in” job did not happen and it cost time/money to complete.
Not sure why the back of the bath is not flat, there is a lumbar effect which is very uncomfortable, if you like to lay back.
The original bath was a standard leg support and 5mm thickness, I should have replaced it with like for like.
The delivery man was very helpful and a day early, shame the bath was a problem.

Ordered a new acrylic bath and a two piece bath panel from Trade Bathrooms. It arrived on time, undamaged and was a reasonable price.

We needed a new bathroom suite and decided to visit Trade Bathrooms showroom in Castleford. It turned out to be the right decision, not only did we get a great price on quality items they were expertly fitted by Darryl. We had a few minor issues but these were resolved very quickly with no issues. Would highly recommend.

Huge Thanks to Damon from tradebathrooms. When I ordered the Phoenix bathtub, I had multiple issues, had to return it due to missed parts on the bathtub and then when I received the next bathtub, one of the jets were leaking and Phoenix was not helpful in resolving the issue and dragging and wasting a huge amount of time but Damon from tradebathrooms was very prompt and communicative and took all the necessary steps to resolve the issue. He even made a private visit to Phoenix to discuss the issues with their directors and managers and get the items shipped as soon as possible. Damon has even used his private holidays to correspond to myself and the necessary parties to get things sorted out. All the issues with the bathtub was resolved with the great help and support by Damon. I must say that, I have not seen professionalism and great support to this extent from anyone else throughout my life. I am writing this with a great appreciation and a huge thanks to Damon and tradebathrooms for the 7 star customer service.

Really rude and unhelpful. Terrible customer service and I can't believe they can treat customers like this. They're lucky that there isn't much choice when it comes to good bathroom suppliers otherwise I'm sure they'd struggle for business.

I had low expectations of what anyone could do with my Bathroom. Eg creaky floors water comming through my ceiling and mold everywhere walls out of line.

Love our new bathroom! From buying our new bathroom to having it fitted, a faultless service was provided by Trade Bathrooms. We have a beautiful, stylish and quality bathroom. We used a Trade Bathroom fitter called Ryan who did a superb job. Couldn’t be happier!

I've purchased from Trade Bathrooms in the past and will do so again the next time I need anything for my bathroom.

From the outside, the showroom looks very unremarkable, but once you're inside you'll find it's like a TARDIS of well-lit and well-presented bathroom suites which not only showcase the products on offer, but also give great ideas of how to configure and present your bathroom at home.

If you're looking for high-end bathroom products at eye-watering prices, look elsewhere, but you'll not find fault here if you're in the market for good quality, mid-range and affordable products.

I needed a small size bath for my narrow bathroom. They had the exact size I need. The delivery and service was as expected.

We had a great experience with Trade Bathrooms. The prices were very competitive. We got a bath from them and we were notified throughout the process of delivery. Delivery was quick and they phoned us when they were on their way. I would definitely use them again.

Really easy delivery and friendly staff. It was the only place that sold the size I needed without spending loads of money.
