Purchased a ladder and a combi drill. The delivery drivers arrived with only the ladder—no explanation, no paperwork, nothing to confirm that the rest of the order was still due. I was essentially told “trust us,” which is baffling for a paid order.

I received no email, no update, no apology. It ruined a full day of work and cost me a couple hundred pounds. When I called customer service, I was told they couldn’t help and that I had to contact the Edinburgh shipping depot directly. I tried multiple times during business hours—no answer. Left a message asking for an update. No response.

The next day, I received an automated email saying my combi drill order had been cancelled. I never requested this. Again, no explanation, no apology, no follow-up.

Genuinely one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had.

I love the discounts i always get at Trade Point and using them, staff are very helpful and professional, I am very satisfied and would recommend Trade Point.

Goods were fine but I expected a reduction in price. I was charged the normal retail price, so what's the point of buying 'Trade'

I am writing to raise a concern about the advertising approach used at your recently opened Trade Point store on Ripple Road in Barking.

While passing by, I noticed a young individual standing outside wearing a promotional board and walking up and down the street to attract attention. I understand the need for marketing and promotion, especially for a new store opening. However, I found this particular method somewhat uncomfortable to witness, as it appeared to place the individual in a position that could be perceived as undignified—particularly given their young age.

In today’s environment, where there is greater awareness around dignity at work and the treatment of employees, I believe it would be worth reconsidering whether this style of advertising reflects the values your company aims to promote.

I hope you will take this feedback constructively and review the approach being used at this location.

Ordered fence panels fence post postcreate gravel boards for delivery on Saturday April between 5.30 and 7.30 pm, 7.30 arrived and no show telephone customer service they telephone Farnborough store and was told it was delivered,got a call from the shop Sunday morning and was told they were just unloading the truck, get to the end asked when was i getting my order and was told the following Friday, never got a call from customer service, so I took my service to another company

Great people on the trade desk in Cheltenham. Complement other staff in store, who are also really helpful. Not sure anyone ever drinks the coffee out of their machine!!! - but it's a nice touch.

Very disappointed that I could not get a refund on my goods without my receipt. Trade Point can no longer access your acccount to check your purchases. I had only bought the item the week before but mislaid the receipt. Have had to accept a credit note.
Not happy at all.

Appalling service. Ordered a delivery for a set date. Without any communication delivery changed to another date. As no one was in the delivery was left in the front garden in full view.

What can I say, the staff are always helpful, you have an huge choice of products and the more you spend the more discount you earn.
All major retailers should give the same support and service.
TradePoint is my go to place for tools and materials at a great price.
Returns are also a breeze, so I can buy with confidence.

Trade point should always give 10%discount to all members,
As wickes give 10% To all their members all the time , so I use wickes far more than B&Q because of this !

Great service overall. You receive an email saying your order is ready, which is helpful, but in reality it can take a bit longer before it’s actually prepared for collection. A little more accuracy on the ready notifications would improve the experience. That said, staff are friendly and the process is generally smooth—just allow some extra time when planning your visit.

Absolutely awful store in the new location . Took way too long to find a co alarm , even with the help of the staff member eventually. Very poor layout , aisles are too close together for shoppers to get trolleys to pass or kneel down to bottom of shelf . Parking is an assault course .

Great stuff, great service and agent
