They're all super efficient! Got a personalised order in and within a week it's being delivered. Customer service is great too! I made a change to the logo and for Madison it was not a problem to get that changed, and then for an update Karen responded straight away. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

I was looking to get a set of personalised training hoodies bought in for the u13 football team I coach. Contacted Total Football Direct with the item and quantity I was looking to buy and received a very swift and informative response.
Proceeded with the purchase and payment was made very easily.
The hoodies arrived on schedule in great condition and were very well recieved by our players.
Will definietly use Total Football Direct again for future purchases.

I called to get an answer for question, got through to somebody promptly and was given the advise I needed with no hassle. I was even happy to pay a bit more than other retailers, because they couldn't offer me straight forward answers.

Was informed items would be delivered prior to Sunday 17th Aug if was ordered prior to 4th Aug. Order made 1st Aug and still waiting for order. Also emailed enquiring about delivery last week and no reply.

Items arrived Thursday 21st Aug- trousers have an imprint of another badge/logo on the back!!!

Still no response from the initial email and now also awaiting a response regarding the faulty item and return/replacement item being sent out. Will be lucky to get the item 6 weeks after the original order at this rate.

24th September and only after another phone call today chasing up where the replacement bottoms are (Emailed in and spoke to Chris regarding a replacement order approx 24th Aug!) Have they actually processed the order. So won’t receive for another week+.

It’ll only be around 9 weeks from initial order that I would’ve received what I ordered😬

Delivered next day and equipment was way cheaper than main suppliers and other sites, will defo be using again. Great for a coach of youth football.

I wanted to get some merchandise for my local Non League team who I started to follow recently and the club Twitter account confirmed this was the place to go after I came across some of their club branded items on their website.

I wanted a beanie to keep me warm on matchday in the winter season. I found a Puma beanie on the club section but this didn't have the club badge so I sent an enquiry to Total Football Direct.

They replied very quickly confirming I could personalise with the club badge but recommended a plain beanie as the Puma logo was quite large and therefore the club badge wouldn't look very good, sitting too high. I continued this discussion on the phone where I spoke to Karen. I was given 2 options for type of beanie, once chosen, I made a card payment over the phone. I was advised it would be sent out this week and I was happy to receive the product on the following Monday.

It is exactly what I was after! Karen and Total Football Direct provided fantastic service from start to finish making the whole process really easy and delivering my item to a very high standard. Looking forward to getting my next bit of club merchandise from Total Football Direct.
