Update on Original review. They offered a refund to delete my truthful review about my experience.

This is my second review. It's long but please read it. It's an update to a review on April 07th describing my issues with this company.

After 2 days, I was contacted by Sara with a long apology and she acknowledged that communication wasn't the best.

This is how the conversation on WhatsApp went after I posted the review between the asterisks

You can see here that I asked when I'm getting the package. She said April 12th. Guess what ? It's April 14th. I still cant track the package on UPS, I haven't received anything. And guess what? She stopped responding again.

I don't know who she's paying to leave those fake reviews (coincidentally only after I posted the first negative one).

This is where things get interesting. I told her I didn't get the package on April 12th. This is the conversation now.

She offered a 100% refund, and asked me to remove the bad reviews since she will be refunding me.

What's the point of the refund when I will not receive my package!

I had a very reliable and stress-free experience with international shipping.

I used Topway Shipping for a shipment from China, and the entire process was handled smoothly from start to finish. Stay away. Not legitimate

I can’t respond to their feedback to my review. I’m just leaving this to state that it is definitely Topwayshipping and I never got my 4 boxes. They keep asking us to wait but it’s been too long. We have submitted a dispute with PayPal, and they will process a 100% reversal on the payment since so much time has passed. It’s quite unfortunate because we had high hopes and were hoping to send more packages. This affected our operations as the boxes were needed for an event a week ago. Now we’re back to the drawing board to find another company that we can actually trust. Steer clear of this company.

I had a really smooth experience with Topway Shipping. I used them for a shipment from China, and everything was handled professionally from pickup to delivery. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they kept me updated at each stage, which gave me a lot of confidence.

The pricing was also very reasonable compared to other freight forwarders I looked into, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. My goods arrived on time and in perfect condition, which is ultimately what matters most.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable logistics partner for international shipping.

Beware of Shenzhen Top Way International Forwarding Co., Ltd.
On Alibaba website they are marked as VERIFIED company.
They offer fast and inexpensive shipping from China to the US and Europe. They picked up my goods 09.06.25 from my Chinese supplier, and since then, I haven’t heard anything from them. They are not responding to my emails or messages and have effectively disappeared. I don’t know whether they stole my goods or lost them. Because of this company, I lost merchandise worth $2,000 and paid $200 for shipping. In my opinion, they are scammers.
