After waiting for updates for 6 days I emailed as they state postage times on site and I ordered for a birthday. They did not even bother to reply . Clearly they sorted my order and dispatched it after my mail but ruined the birthday with the delay and couldnt even reply to the email so customer service is below par and delivery is not always correct. I will be looking else where to buy from in future to a company that may have the decency to reply to emails asking about orders . customers be aware the 2 day dispatch is not always met so allow longer if planning an event ; EDITED to reply to supplier. even with the order being on a friday it could have been dispatched tuesday to arrive by thursday but was only dispatched after I emailed had I not emailed It may not have been dispatched even discounting the weekend was 5 days after order (if counting 9am monday as order time , I also cant say that you would or wouldnt have dispatched it that day had I not emailed so would have been even longer.You still do not reply to customer emails.

I loved the different flavours I ordered, the staff were really nice and I appreciated that.

I ordered the syrup on a tuesday . I was kept upto date when it was posted and the sat it arrived . The flavour aare a nice selection 👌.

Ordered a few times from here. The products have been quality, and have always been sent out on time (or earlier than expected)

Gorgeous flavours! These work amazingly in the ninja slushy and saved me a fortune on constantly buying juice/fizzy drinks to put in the machine. Shipping was really fast. I will definitely buy again!

Excellent quality and brilliant all round service

I bought 4 bottles of the 500ml bottles. I have done blue raspberry slush & it was amazing. The flavour was absolutely spot on. Then I used the strawberry syrup & done strawberry milkshake & the whole family is enjoying them. The only thing is I am going to have to buy some more syrups very soon but there are plenty of different flavours too. Looking forward to trying some others. I would highly recommend purchasing.

Very helpful customer support. I have yet to taste the syrups, hope they taste as good as their customer service is. A+.

Easy to use in my ninja slushie and delicious. Perfect treat for someone with Diabetes looking to kick the glucose. I enjoyed the 1 litre so much I ordered the 5 litre. Delivery was fast and I would highly recommend you try it yourself. I look forward to trying all the flavours on offer.
