The product I bought was on pre order. Due to manufacturing issues it was late being despatched . The company let me know by email what was going on , and when it in its way ! And we are very happy with the product we were waiting for ! Thankyou 👏🏻😍

Out of stock items arrived within time frame expected after I was given option to wait or refund…
Ordered items a couple of months ago but one was out of stock due in October. Given options for refund or wait. I decided to wait and pleased to say remaining items arrived in the expected time. Great service and will use again.
